Just a wonderful blend of 65° and sunny with Southwest wind just the best surf and the birds were out and it was just one of those days where you could just stay out all day and just lounge and not burn be at ease.

I had that overheat thing at a school function. Outdoors and to busy to hydrate. We had medical staff present and they through me into a walk in fridge to literally chill out

Well dude this happened when I was like 47. And it stuck. I got more and more susceptible to heat issues. Body does not sweat like it used to and I literally have to hose down on hot humid days.
Sucks getting old.
