Obviously I won’t know the answer of this truly for a bit, but how much have I likely just ruined my grow?

Pretty upset with myself right now. Went to see a movie and my supplemental lights I have around the plant in my grow box didn’t turn off. Overhead one still did, but it still got all those extra hours of light from the supplemental.

I changed the intensity in the supplemental light today. Something I did must’ve also reset or changed the timer.

As long as the amount of dark time stays the same, it shouldn't matter.

If it was a one time thing, no problem they are fine. If it was happening for a week or so, just make sure your on right schedule and they will be fine but you might have added a week or two to grow.

It happens to most everybody.

If it was just one day, you won’t notice anything.

If it was a few days you could see a few things in a couple weeks. Mostly you will see some additional sugar leaves. Some may look twisted or slightly mis-shaped.
Generally it won’t hurt the yield or potency.

Your bud growth may stall out for a week or two if it is several days.

No need to worry too much. One extra light period usually won’t hurt if the dark cycle stayed the same. You might see some extra sugar leaves, but your buds should be fine. Just keep your schedule steady from now on.

Don’t stress too much, plants are pretty resilient! A few extra hours of light might slow things down a bit, but it’s unlikely you ruined your whole grow. Just get your timer back on track and keep going. You’ve got this! 🌱✨
