Oh my guy.
I work on every car for the family.
My pop and uncle beat mechanics into my head at an early age.
and yeah, man, I know my way around the drivetrain unfortunately automatic gear packs clutches high-performance ive rebuilt 1 million torque converters
I ysnk the trans out of my race car every other year and go through the gears, cltch pack ect. Refreshen it with a rebuild kit.
Cool pic of the car leaving so hard only one wheel was on the ground.
Ive destroyed my fair share of gearboxes🤣
Capt what kinda trans you got in that thing?

I was just curious how serious you were about launching that thing lol if it had a trans brake or what

My best friend i grow up Mitsubishi evo drag car and I go to the track with him often one of my favorite things to do. His car his turbo and all wheel drive so his launch is all anti lag. I know you big motor guys usually use the trans brake or bigger converter sometimes.

Anyone that hasn’t seen that shit in real life should it’s pretty mind bending how fast some of these “street cars” can go nowadays.

Alcohol is so fucking paniced they fight weed consumption bars everywhere.
The alcohol industry will be the biggest opponent of cannabis legalization going forward, they’ve already suffered a loss in sales in most legal states. Ironically they’re the ones still slinging mud like refer madness propaganda still. Absolutely insulting the intelligence of anyone who pays attention to their bullshit claims.
That’s just what we have to deal with though. That free market will always have players and player hater’s who are willing to go to extreme lengths to maintain profit margins. As with almost every major industry we’ve seen in the last 150 years. Cut throat businesses that show little to no care or respect to their consumers, (JUST KEEP THE CASH FLOWING SHEEP) Yeah we’re all just idiots who don’t know how to make simple decisions on our own, why else would we need to be subjected to idiotic advertising constantly?? 🤣

I saw wu tang In concert for my 16 birthday. Damn almost twenty years ago anyway they showed up two hours late and everyone was screaming fuck wu tang then they killed it. It was a small venue with horrible audio it was more of a party than a concert. Glad I got to see it though for sure.
Was it the palladium in Worcester Ma?? I was there with my brother, we’re going to see them at Boston Garden next Friday.

Many are capitulating, InBev has cannabis drinks. I think that is the current move and the smoking bars will come much more. It's way better for live music and all-day sales. I've asked a town mayor about it and he was just so wrapped up in projects he kinda "we'll have to have a hard look at numbers" however I'm no bar owner lol.

With my level of tech I get a lot of the software issues for the next generation of gear heads. This is the only thing I still do and only for people I no longer work with companies.
15 years ago everyone wanted a coyote or an LS in something. Carbs were dieing but some of the fuel injection conversions were just shit. We started with GM but then Chrysler got a wiff of what we were doing.
Few of us guys started making emulators for doing things yer not supposed to do. Need a stable sine wave signal to a VSS input without a sensor? We got an emulator for that.
Want 4 wheel and launch control for your whateverthehell ? Wheel bearing kit and an emulator wired up to a basic Bosch controller. Bosch is great as long as you are not building for profit they have never prosecuted anyone breaking the software.
The new cars I am fascinated are the guys building cheap rally cars for parking lot racers and unlimited for use at tracks like Mid Ohio and others on the circuit.
Take a Honda Civic and strip it. Get it as light as you can.
Install 2 75 horsepower direct drive AC motors at both rear wheels. Abs kit with wheel bearings and an emulator for the signals. DC motor turbo kit with charge cooler and variable psi fuel regulator.
You get a 400 HP all wheel drive that hits the scales at 2600 lbs. Lemme take the head off and get some more parts and we can make it 500.

The only draw back on these cars is the electric portion is more like a boost that you use sparingly. A full charge on a basic battery setups gives you like 3 minutes of electric power for intermittent use.

I feel like an asshole but I was raised on cars designed for leaded gasoline. The drawback is not getting your horsepower from displacement. You can always optimize combustion but a big fat cock piston is the king. Camshaft bores that you can FIST fuckin RULE. And electric instant acceleration is DOUCHEBAG WEDGIE VICTIM. GODDAMNIT I WANT TO STRANGLE TOYOTA EXECUTIVES WITH MY DICK.

That’s awesome. I basically love automotive engineering in all forms I love drag racing, drifting, rally, gt cars I’ll sit there for four hours on YouTube and watch a guy build a Ferrari engine I’ll never be near basically anything except driving In circles for hours I’m into lol I love it all man

I think it’s fascinating what guys are doing with the factory ecu’s and tcu’s all the car nerd things lmao

My brother designs for GM and drives test corvettes and shit. Basically a two year ahead model in a this year body so nobody knows lol. It's a good gig, he didn't do drugs and go to metal shows, he's square and god bless it lol. He hates when I get lecturing about cars so I do it all the time.

I love shit communist cars so I can laugh at them. You HAVE to watch this. These things are ridiculous.

I started working on cars when the only option for fuel injection was German Imports. Most cars did have electronic ignition but everything had a carb.
I saw how some guys struggled with technology through my career and I decided I was not going to be one of them guys hanging brakes and ball joints cause they can not figure out electronic controls. From about age 25 when I changed jobs it was for a more technically oriented shop that would send me to school. I wanted to learn but I found out that when you did get training for cutting edge tech the employees do not understand that I am now the guy fixing the unfixable bullshit that has built up and you need to pay me more.
It was always hard on flat rate doing diagnostics. Customers do not want to pay for it and service writers do not understand how to sell it. If I could have done all customer pay and minimal warranty .3 bullshit I might have worked for GM for 40 years and retired.

My brother's shop designs one of 4 new airbags that don't get used. It's quite software integrated, but also his GMC something auto seat that adjusts to you with it's own sensors sucks and that's his car for two months so eat dick. He has to write it up and solve it. My guns are ancient tech too damnit. I do design and do graphics in VR and play games with it.

lol, got a restraining order from my ex some years ago, she's my neigbour (within a minute walk) i don't even look at that nasty bitch, im happy with my gf. Fuck, im happy.

The fuck is up with that hoe? Ignore it or lawyer up?

It states i cant come close to 100m, bro she lives 200m from here, we frequent the same Supermarket. whaaaaaattt

Bro, just leave me alone, nasty hoe.

Back from my pool skating days, we'd call that a micro edger.

"Do not make any sudden moves."

Like you have a choice

When I was turning magazine pages with no real wrench time as a teen, they always said "All these cars you have on posters, you're gonna hate em. You hate em if you love em." and oh yeah. One time I was really questioning my resolve when my 84 chevy had a flywheel/starter problem. I would get on my back in the slush in the winter to jam a shim between them and have it fly out the other side so the teeth grabbed. I went through 6 starters, 8 flywheels, several solenoids and hand rebuild combos to say "fuck this, put new OEM shit in and we're done". Goddamn thing worked perfect, it was like one bad flywheel aad two bad starters that fucked up 3 pro mechanics and me.
