Hello folks.
I'm still brand new to all this, but somehow I've managed to grow four white widows from 15 year old seeds.

I'm now at the stage of considering flipping to 12/12, but I've been waiting to see if I can sex the plants before going to the effort of taping my tent up and blocking light sources to prepare for the switch in light schedule.

This morning I've seen the first signs (that I can identify at least, with my zero experience..) of new growths that DONT look like all the others have done.

I think i can see something on the nodes which look like hairs, but I have literally no experience growing weed and this is why I joined the forum.
You guys are a fantastic resource for anxious new growers like myself.

Anyway, can anyone tell if the sex from these photos?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The shot of my set up is just so you guys can see what I'm working with.

Shout out to the first grower White Widow. Did the same strain my first time.
https://www.cannamd.com/cannabis-plant-gender-male-vs-female/#:~:text=These small orb-like growths, tentacles of their developing pistils.&text=More changes come as plants, terpenes, and flavonoids are formed.

Let me know what you think. Some of pics out there are difficult to see differences this is about the best pics
I can't even lie, I'm really struggling to identify.
Maybe its because I've not flipped to 12/12 yet, but other forums mentioned its best to wait until the plants are producing clear signs, ie hairs or nut sacks, and I'm just a bit impatient i think.

The bud sites are coming along nicely though, and I think I can see a few white hairs in a couple of the bud sites, but once again I'm beaten by my own inexperience.

I suppose ill just have to wait until its very obvious.
