Get this, I'm using a dozen regular household LED's 15 hours a day in my greenhouse to keep the moms from flowering. Many years now. I'm adding two 18" under cabinet lights to the mix as well mainly over young plants or rooted clones. Works like a charm

half the reason I smoke weed is because of the nostalgia of smoking weed when I was younger in high school. It’s always nice to reconnect with an old strain.

Exactly, I've been looking for Columbian Red Bud since I started to grow. This Punta Rojo is from North Coast Genetics, they seem to try and save some of the old time strains. I am to hope this is genetically connected to what I smoked as a teenager.Very nice. Fingers crossed
I started smoking in 95 , so much brick weed, schwag, mids,outdoor, beasters, home grown and kind bud. In that particular order of abundance and options, nothing ever had a name unless it was homegrown which was like striking gold or kind bud which was expensive and only the hippie kids had it. My first name associated strain was white rhino. Around 97 , I had smoked daily for two years at that point and never knew what strain I was smoking, so on and so till almost 2005 . Ten years of daily use only a small handful of names given. The last twenty years strain names became the casual introduction to the cannabis you’re about to experience. It’s pretty sweet to think about the relationship to the plant and how it has evolved over the thirty years of daily use. Every day I get a little bit more familiar and excited about cannabis through my connection with the plant and the people who are connected to it too. I love it. But those hazy first ten years I’ll always be drawn to the mystery of WHAT THE FUCK WAS I SMOKING?????
