I have 2 rn , that I topped and then applied LST. One looks like a giant heart other is almost round .. I topped 5th node then topped again .

I have one I bent over first then topped. She was late to the party so she got less messed with. She looks like she can handle some side winds . I like her the best. Wanted to make her leggy this year. Last year she was pretty tight to the stalk.
The ones I have now have been getting lst and fimmed for months 🤣 Last year I pulled a measly pound from four plants, lord please let me get more this time bahaha

I’m gonna stop messing with them. We’re in prime catch up time.

POV you just moved to a new town right, and your wife and kids are getting eaten alive by bugs but you’re not so you kinda dismiss it. then your wife goes on the internet and finds out there’s an outbreak of a new mosquito in your town and gets an appointment for a county sponsored pest guy to come out but cannabis cultivation outdoors is super illegal in your county so you have to panic and drag 120 gallons of soil into your garage

I miss the country

This is the one I laid over ... And then I Released the Kraken . I'm excited to see if I get more out of it this year. Last year this was the one that looked like a crepe myrtle. And all the buds were tiny as hell and really really close the the main stalk . I literally had to pry them away from it to handle humidity .

I went to lay them over last year and chickened out ...however ,

This year I bent it😂

Probably a guy from vector control! He will come out and look around and see that there is no standing water for them to breed in and say, well there’s nothing you can do about it here except go get some deet! What your neighbors are doing as far as breeding them it’s kind of out of your control! But obviously you will get caught up in the results!

Yeah it is. I guess there’s a new breed that doesn’t breed in standing water, it breeds near water? Fucking super bugs. They’re biting pretty good though, this is my kids shoulder

Poor kid. My wife looks like the scene from scanners just before their head blows up if she is bitten by mosquitoes. Because of my grow locations my concern is ticks and we got plenty of them. Hope your family comes out ok with nothing other than an itch.

Well, you’re gonna get the opportunity I guess to question the expert about it! But as far as I know, all mosquitoes breed in standing water! That can be anywhere! Up in your gutters! In the crooks of oak trees! If you talk to him, let us know what he says! A vector control guy used to come around here in his truck with a fogger and drive up and down the driveways blowing a bunch of fog out for the ones that breed up in the trees! They must’ve cut back on that because I haven’t seen him in a few years! If my pond wasn’t covered in duckweed, it would be a great place for mosquitoes to breed! Duck weed to the rescue!😍🍻

Fuck I don’t know if ticks are better or worse! Do you want one big bite or a million little ones.

Yeah my oldest son usually is the only one to get snacked on but these valley skeeters are different. Although the vector lady said they don’t bite me cuz I have less oxygen in my blood 🤣

I’ve never gotten bitten up as much as other people either! One of the benefits of being half dead!😂👍

What took you so long? Ha ha ha ha! You’re probably right! Down where he’s at there are a lot of neglected pools half full of stagnant water! Breed clouds of mosquitoes!
: ) 🙋‍♂️🤣

man i wonder if it’d be worth throwing some mosquito fish in there?

The vector guy used to throw them in my pond! But haven’t seen him for four or five years for fogging or mosquito fish! The guy said larger ponds aren’t usually a problem! The slightest ripple and the pupa that the adult emerges from will tip over and drowned! Need real calm water to prosper! Around here they spread West Nile! But your chances of getting it are minuscule! But a few cases every year!

Man I was just reading about those!

also we have yellow fever mosquitos, who’s eggs are drought tolerant and will lay in wait for moisture. Which I kinda appreciate in an annoying, that’s cool but go away kind of way.
At least in our area, and id imagine close to yours as well that when the moisture comes it’s cold enough for them not to survive long? Maybe? You read that right? Right!?🤣
