Well, it’ll play out in court! He said, she said, but that doesn’t make it any better or easier! But I’ve never heard of anyone spending that much time in the hoosgow unless there were some injuries! Maybe you’ll get off with time served! That’s rough!

Yep! Make them prove up! And I don’t think a woman judge is a thing! Judges, just set the ground rules! It’s up to the lawyers to play by them! Andconvince the jury! Hope you get a decent defender! See it all the time! Probably should’ve bailed a long time ago!

I got straight 25 years ago! Got called in for jury duty! I was a Tweaker for 20 years and then get called in on a Tweaker trial! I got picked and then they elected Me foreman! Ha ha ha ha ha! It was open and shut! But what a weird set of circumstances! Juries are usually pretty fair! I’ve been on a couple of them! He was guilty on all charges in case you’re wondering! L O L! And I’ve met people in jail that I was gonna get together with when they got out! Damn glad I didn’t!

All of my stuff was small potatoes! Drunk drivings, FTA‘s, spent a week in OCJ! And a 90 day work furlough at Theo Lacey in SoCal! Antibuse three times a week on the way back to the work furlough dorm! And I still hadn’t learned my lesson! Had to lose everything and go into a 28 day spin dry when I was about 40! Then it finally sunk in! Could’ve been a hell of a lot worse! Hang in there!

Still remember the wake up at OCJ! All the cell doors would open a little slam shut repeatedly, while the loudspeaker would be blaring, reveille, reveille, reveille! Lol! They treated the work furlough people good at Lacey! Bag, lunch, the trustees dishing up breakfast would pile up the bacon and eggs on your tray! The rest didn’t get treated as well!

prison over meth and guns now I’m a upstanding whatever the hell the call it lol
If your not good for it fight it all the way I took charges for probation before just to get the shit over those bit me in the ass later on

Talk about odd pests! One of mine has ants! Yeah, ants running up and down the stalk. I hesitate to put ant poison granules down on my potted plants. First, do ants do any harm? Or are they just making their nest in the pot because it happens to be a handy place?
If I must get rid of them, what to use?

Had jury duty for a DWI. Met the guy next to me, now we are friends, both growers. He shoots pool with us on Thursday’s. We found the guy guilty. One of the jurors said I seemed unsure about saying guilty. I said we are going to fuck up his life, at least give it a few minutes. I think his life was fucked up anyhow. I knew the cop and judge, the defendant lived on my street, one big happy family.
