Under feeding/unbalanced root zone?

Hi all I am 6 weeks into a 10 week flower I’m growing in coco and feeding canna range with a starting ec of 1.8 one of my plants seems to be behind when I tested run off it was 1.0 no where near the input just wondering any tips on how to fix this as I think it’s affecting growth I’ll leave a photo down below of both of the same strain in my grow and it’s obvious one is behind the other thanks.

Masha as in nutrients? If so I’m using the canna range of synthetic nutrients
