I never train after I flip to flower.
I will defoliate and bend branches through a trellis, but that stops at week 3 of flower for the most part.
Stress late in flower I mostly get from making the humidity very low like 35%

Its part of it for sure, enviornmental stress, but the genetics are the most important factor
