First indoor grow (really messed up)!

This is my first attempt at an indoor grow via HydroMars tent (4x4). I planted my seeds, one seed each in 5 gal fabric planters. I am using an FC-3000 Led grow light. All four seedlings came up in about 2 days. All of my parameters are good, humidity and temp good. I noticed at about day 15 that my seedlings stopped growing, then started turning yellow/brown. My light intensity was at 40%. I finally got a light intensity reader and found that my LUX was well over 20000. So I was burning my seedlings. I turned my lights to 10% and the LUX reads 7000 max. My question is....is there any coming back from this or should I start over? I only have a couple seeds left. I will take some pics soon.

They are far from dead so you have a good chance of coming back from this. Your struggle will be watering such a small plant in such a large pot. Most people start in smaller containers and up-pot as the plants get bigger. Are you growing autoflowering plants?

I started in the big pots because I was afraid of killing them when transplanting. I know I have to water more because of the size and them being fabric planters. I am not sure if they are autoflower or not unfortunately. I believe they are a Runtz. Either pink or black.

This is an outdoor plant from the same seeds at 2 months old. So, definitely not autoflowe.

Probably not an autoflower, I agree ... I noticed your barely over half full in those pots. You should fill up your pots to within an inch of the top. Also, those plastic pots really aren't ideal. Next run, consider using either 3 or 5 gallon fabric pots depending on how large your plants are supposed to get.

The one outside in the plastic pot was kind of a mistake! My wife just stuck a seed in a pot and never thought it would grow!

You can still remove the lower most fan leaves and fill up the pot with more soil mix. It's growing so you might as well give it the care it needs.

Next time, start them in smaller containers. You "CAN" make it work ... a seedling in a 5 gallon pot. However, its going to take a while before you can water it deeply and completely. If you were to do that today, it would be a month before it needed watered again. Cannabis thrives when it can go through wet and dry cycles. If the pot is too large for the plant, it's difficult to keep it from suffering from over-watering.

roadkillskunkhunt is really spot on with the water statement. Too much screws things up and stresses the plant out. Stunts it…especially autos.
Fabric pots help as well as your choice of soil. I use a mix that consists of 30 gallons spagum peat moss, 30 gallons coco coir, 30 gallons of my horse manure alfalfa compost, and I use 30 gallons of crushed perlite.
The coco coir is pre buffered and I add about a gallon of organic pelletized lime to take a big of excess acid out of the peat.

For pots I’m using AC infinity 5 gallons pots with training rings around the tops. I use the plastic elevated pot stands that let air get under the fabric. The plastic stands, fabric pots, and the sun will help keep it dried out much better.
Measure your water too especially when they are young. Getting too wet causes stress but it also can lead to damping off/root rot.

all those bits of wood chippings and bark hold onto a lot of nitrogen and calcium, which isnt your main problem but it doesnt help, i think this is overwatered. and the one outside ? what nutrients have you given it because the leaves are starting to curl inwards, which is a sign of too much heat or too much nutrients

Im not a fan of wood chips but I do use tree bark. If its properly composted you dont need to worry about it bonding to nitrogen and making it unavailable. If its fox farms kind of composted then I would have my doubts
Still, I dont use nearly as much as what comes with those kind of soils and mine is fully composted. I dont like those soils either, they give more problems than regular peat mixes. I tried peatless soil by biobizz and I thought it was gonna be good because biobizz has good products but it was this kind of soil and it sucked but maybe I didnt know how to use it properly... I dont know.
Also you could tell it wasnt fully composted because it was full of mold. Not the bad kind, the kind that breaks down organic matter and then dissapears, not harmful for the plant but that goes to show.
