Well that was bizarre. I made some coleslaw the other day using half and half, pineapple juice and sugar as my base. The pineapple juice was one of those little cans and I told my wife I would swear it smelled like it had fermented a little or something but it still tasted fine. Well two days in the fridge and it turned into a yogurt coleslaw, lol! So yeah that pineapple juice had some fermentation in there for sure.
Yes, I ate it. I mixed in some fresh slaw for a nice snap... it's now a delicious yogurt slaw, go figure.
