Looks like signs of deficiencies, a bit of everything it seems. Maybe the PH is off a bit? Might also have an over watering issue. Pot looks saturated, but leaves seem to be drooping. Does your pot drain at the bottom?

don't water again until the soil is completely dry. I'm not sure how long it's been in that pot , but if u started it in that pot then you need to transplant. you don't need to get rid of the dead leafs but you can if youd like. look into nutrients to buy because it looks like its also suffering from deficiencies.
