I so wanted to be like @durbin92810 and get them into bags right off but I’m a pussy and the heat scared me too much. Seeds cost too much to waste when you’re on retirement income. But they look good so far.

I've always transplanted my seedling, i tried 1x using autoflower seedlings going straight into pots without using small containers to veg. Man were they slowwwwwww to grow. But they were strickly outdoors and i'll never do that again. Yep good genetics means $$$ like you i can't risk it much.

Nah don't be like me. Gotta remember The climate I live in here in So-Cal is tailor made for this stuff. Mine are currently in 90+ temps and they look like they're loving it. I'm the opposite of @Galgrows as I've had really poor luck starting them indoors and transplanting them I seem to get more stunted plants that way and end up wasting soil. I figured nothing beats the natural sun and breeze. But we'll see. Happy gardening.

Happy Friday from the garden.
The big ladies in the beds are happy. Damn near as tall as the back wall now. All the branches are suppprted and will look really sweet spread out from the weight of the flowers.
The ones in the 10 gallon containers are starting to show some nute deficiencies so I loaded em up with some stuff this morning.
Still no flowers on anything which is good. Expecting to start seeing them in the next week or two.
Happy gardening!!!

This guy has a plan Cpurola

Hoss is 3 ft. 4 inches. You shouldn't mention it though ... SENSITIVE !

Really nice plants Hoss.
Thanks. As my first grow, I was just hoping to maybe get a pound out of the two plants. I had no idea what they were gonna do. I didn't top the white buffalo, and then found out they grow quite tall.

The California Orange was topped and incorporated LST ONLY 4 BRANCHES to work with, and now it's a 7' bush. It's a 50/50 hybrid, and wasn't supposed to be all that tall. Liars..... But I'm not complaining. Yet. 😆

Hey @durbin92810 you ever get any of your pumpkins pollinated? I cant tell if this one here is the one i pollinated or not. The bees have been very active in the flowers though : )

Things are drying out here with grass toasted in places. I've been throwing a bucket or 2 of water on new trees and weed plants over the last week. High temps have dropped into the seventies now. Starting with a total grow shot Nepal far left, 2 Lucky13 Mangos from Outer Space beside the Nepal, and 2 Lucky13 UBC Chemo/ Romulan's on the right.

The UBC Chemo/ Romulan's on the right are little skunks. No real buds and there is a lot of filling in between nodes with growth. I hope these start soon because they'll be good producers if they get enough time.

I put my thumb beside the Nepal stem about 4 feet up the plant. The stem has a lot of deep ridges on it. Not a hint of bud on the big ornamental yet.

The 2 Mangos from Outer Space aren't growing the same at all. The tall one is in bloom now with wide spacing between nodes. It's just about as tall as the Nepal. The shorter plant is hiding behind the tall one with the most bloom and is stacking up quite nicely.

What's the point of multiple layers of netting if you didn't spread the canopy?
