Then what causes it to flower prematurely? As far as I know if you don’t have flowering, you won’t have reveg! Which is transitioning from flower to veg!😁✌️

That's why I left a gap at the bottom of the first cage. Then when it grew taller I added another cage section. But left a gap between it a and the bottom cage. Let's me get to the center of the plant for pruning, trimming, inspections for bugs or disease.

I used the plastic coated garden fencing and tomato stakes .

Now I fear the stretch, as she begins to flower. Now I might have to come up with another redneck idea. Like tying the limbs to the existing cage, or build a second cage around the first ones. I'm leaning more to tying or spider webbing as y'all call it. So as I can still get inside of the plants for maintenance, and eventually...harvest.

I definitely bit off more than I can swallow, for a first grow. But not complaining...for sure. But I feal like a bantam weight, taking on a heavy weight, as my first fight.

Pops taught me to never take crap from no one, and stand up. So I accepted this challenge mother nature has put on me, with a hesitant smile.

We all learn from mistakes.
Sometimes your the bug, sometimes your the windshield.

Yeah, the bigger they are, the harder they are to keep in one piece! Especially back where you guys are at! 😁👍

These pics were taken yesterday & the indica Permanent Marker photo started flowering last week (shortest of the 4 photos). The 3 Skywalkers are still vegging it seems & I expect they will start flowering in less than a week.

The 3 autos budding out were germinated May 27th. Giving them light Jacks feeding every 4 days & then they also get Athena, Aphrodite, Kraken & Megamorpheus from Nectar for the God's the other days (light amounts). Giving Permanent Marker all that stuff also. Skywalkers just get Jacks, Athena & Aphrodite for now.

Basil & marigolds have done well keeping pests away. I bring the auto pot into garage & keep them awake under red spectrum desk light after sun goes down til 2AM. Same light I start seeds (white spectrum) with but has 3 different spectrums you can switch around.

You’re so right sis! I want to share what I do to prevent reveg. It works great in my neck of the woods. So I always start my plants indoors around April 20 go figure. And put them outside around the first week of June. I look up the sunrise and sunset for that week and I set my timer for 15 minutes before sunrise and 15 minutes after sunset very important! I like to put my plants outside when they’re about 5 weeks old. I harden them outside for about 5 days or so then full sun after that once they are looking healthy I up pot then it’s game on. I like to use T5’s for the seedlings stage they are very forgiving. I have black out curtains in my house so no light gets to them at all I unscrew the bulbs for the whole growing season. No fuck ups this way and yes I learned this the hard way my first year growing outdoors. I’m almost certain that if you use this info you’ll never a reveg again! Cheers everyone much love!

Your gals are looking great! Girls with skirts that’s such great preventative measures! Roots stay cool that way. I’ve been doing this for years now makes a huge difference in your root temperatures I love seeing skirts ha ha!
