I walked away from crack back in 89 .
Cold turkey. Threw my glass dick out the window, along with $300 worth of rock, while driving home from the crack house.

Detoxing myself was the hardest thing I'd ever done. First week was pure hell...no sleep, shakes, sweat, invisible guy on my shoulder saying we need to get more. Second week was on/off feelings. After a couple months I could talk about it, and not have that draw to it anymore.

Sucks....cause I won't do dabs, just cause of the memories. It's exactly the same process. EXACTLY.!! I won't even smoke weed outta glass bowl.

I’m still a full time dumbass, something will catch up to me. No more blow, probably have a heart attack or stroke. Only mild stuff now, weed, mushrooms and drinking. Baby steps.

Pain pills and heroin for me. Clean for 5 years. Just growing and smoking weed now and life is much better.
