Excellent stuff DT. I have some black jack curing in my jar now. This one is much more BD than JH, total opposite of my old black jack mum, who was fruity and zingy, with huge fox-tailing buds. The one i'm smoking now tastes and smells allmost exactly like the sweet afghanis ive grown. Musky, kind of spicyish smell and taste.

I am a huge fan of the jack47 though now more than the BJ. I've grown is a couple of times now and it's more uniform. They all have a piney sweet smell and zingy aftertaste with massive bubbly buds.

I rate it so highly compared to all the other stuff i've grown it is included in my top 3 strains for finding a new mother. I allready have my sensi nl#5/haze and jack herer seeds, 1 J47 seed left and an order for another two packs of J47 incoming. I will be looking in a couple of other strains, but these are my high hopes, particulary the J47 and nl#5/haze.

Look forward to seeing your BJ's come along, might even cobvince me to chuck my kast 2 BJ seeds into the mix.

This is my first time runnin' the BlackJack...I'm doin' 2 plants as usual...Noticing a difference between these two plants...The shorter one in the back,(she's on top of a spaghetti pot to keep an even canopy,lol),has a much thicker stem base...She also has closer internodes with larger bud formation...

PS-Yep,that JACK47 is the shit!!!!So many compliments,U2 I'm sure...

ya ive got some black jack in flower right now should be done in 3 weeks or so, and come hell or high water im revegging it i want this plant as a mother lol. i suppose its comforting tho that if things dont work out sweet seeds has made this readily available and without too much effort i can just get more.
i hope urs are doing well dt, those last stem shots are huge! should make for a hefty yield. if and when u get a chance some pics of the finished product would be awesome, and if u want ill give u the link to my thread when im done and post some finished pics of the bj so we can compare.

Awesome man...I've never been disappointed with any SweetSeeds gear I've run...I'm running their IceCool next...Did one before(Awesome!!!),but I grew it next to a SSH and it was so damn crowded...Wanna try 2 IceCools by themselves...Wishin' ya adundant harvests friend...

I cut off all nutes 9 days ago...They've been gettin' nothing but 1 TBS of Botanicare Sweet and 1 tsp of molasses (per gallon) since...Tonight they were fed 2 tsp of GroTek FinalFlush (per gallon)They'll be drinkin' that from here are in...I'm choppin' em in 7 days...
