I bought 2 of the firewall forward 6 cylinder turbos from Japan Engines. My man Bing came through. Took 4 months. One for the shop and one for me to resell.
I always set this up with the 3 gm coil pack waste spark from the series 2 ignition. For a while there was a harness kit you could buy that integrated with the original crank and cam sensors so it was no kidding plug and play. This was needed if you were going to pick a big turbo.
At the speed shop has a wrecked bring in an LS equipt 240z. The 2 inch clearance on the oil pan was not a good choice. I gave a price on replacing oil pan or converting to a dry sump that would given it more clearance.
Cheap fuck. Nice to have a car with 12k in paint and the drive line was a cobbled up pos.

They loathe Angelenos up there in the Central Valley. A buddy of mine moved to Visalia. Went and visited him and met his neighbor Pierre who asked me, "You live in LA?" And I said I'm North of there in Ventura County. He asks, "you live South of the Grapevine?" I say "Yeah" and he says "You live in LA."

Some of the stuff I'm growing.

Took the tops off a couple plants, hoping to keep them fitting in the screenhouse.

More youngins. All from seed except for a really nice Grape Pie pheno. A mix of Gelato, Alien OG and Blackberry Kush.

A couple that got their asses kicked out of the screenhouse for being too beasty. I thought the one on the right was an S1 of my Durban but I'm seeing a little bit of blush on the stems, so that means it's my Ice Cream Cake. Oh well... there's Durban in the genetics which is probably why it went beast compared to the others.

Everybody huddled in to keep them roots cool on another hot day.

Sausage fest. Probably not cool I got him flapping in the breeze, anybody growing in the vicinity prolly gunna be pissed but if they were growing something half decent they're gonna love the seeds.


Speaking of which, I've only got two flowering right now, a Banana OG and Grape Pie. I Q-tipped them but I think they also got good and pregnant on their own. I harvested some pollen and saved for later because I've got some specific girls I want to knock up.

Pretty cool conversion, I subscribe to a flyfishing channel on YouTube and these four guys got together and converted a short bus into a camper/rv to tour around the country and make fishing videos. They titled the videos The short bus diaries.

My buddy bought a 74 240z that was gorgeous, until he tried working on it himself that is 🤣. I went with him the day he picked it up. We were into sport compact and imports at the time, it was like a blast from the past getting out of a 95 turbocharged Mitsubishi eclipse and into a carbureted 74 Datsun.

I had a kid working for me who had what I think was a 74 Datsun 240z. It had these weird tow hooks that were visible, from memory I don't recall exactly where they were, but I thought it was odd, like made for being lifted up by a crane or something! Anyway it was supposedly worth beaucoup bucks. He inherited it from his dad and when he found out what it was worth he quit, decided he wanted to do a new startup business teaching gamers how to WIN at video games, and put the Z up for sale to fund the enterprise.

I don't know if he ever sold the car. I found out a few months later some folks at an incubator had taken him in and offered to help him with the startup.

Yeah I don't get it but he apparently won a couple major titles for gaming. He told me that and whenever somebody self proclaims I usually dismiss them as being a Greek philosopher named Fullofshiticus. All the way up to the point the incubator picked him up, I was sure he was. He had a very feasible pitch, or else they wouldn't have given him the time of day. The most fucking ANNOYING employee I ever had, he had like a genius IQ but so fucking stupid at the same time.
