Seen just that while standing at my buddies house, talking about his crops in the back field. Sat in tears while we watched the net rise up into the sky with his crops. I wasn't there the second time it happened, but I heard all about it.

All of it was 10-12' tall, Blueberry Plants. 😭
I helped a friend with his hydroponic setup in the late 90's - early 2,000's. He was putting out 25 -30 plants a month. Was completely devastated when he got popped.

Ive used the 30%shade cloth part of every day this summer (except one)

That's my preferred, pole beans. Didn't find any this year, till after I planted, these. I was giving beans away by the grocery bags, with Kentucky wonders. At the least I was picking twice a week. And much sooner than this strain

I usually save seed from the grow, for next year. But it'd been so long, the seed was no longer viable. Wouldn't germinate, no matter what I tried.

But I'm ready for next year.
We never had a lot of luck with Ferry Morse. We get our seeds from a seed co-op at our Farmer's Co-Op. Or what we dry ourselves.

We put up 36 quarts from just 3 rows about 25' long this year. Enough for me and my wife for a while, and I eat the hell out of green beans. And we just planted more for the fall, just 2 rows but that's enough.

I don't have time for canning. Or id have way more in the garden. My fence is 10' L x 7 1/2' high. Will produce more than my wife n I can eat. I'll swap with my neighbor, his kept dying ( ground hog, I say ) so he gave up this year. He's got maters, onions, and peppers to trade with. And some purple haze, and power plant, for some of my California Orange. 😉. Should harvest be successful.

I wish I had more space I'd grow a hell of a lot more stuff. My wife and I would be setting up shop at the local farmer's markets on the weekends if that was the case. One day though.

16 days old.
Strains: White Rhino, GG4, Super Skunk, and Qrazy Train
3rd year growing autos and this is hands down the best start I've had with them. Sprouted and grown 100% outdoor. Thought I lost one that got chewed up before she even popped the seed shell off, but she's still alive!!! So that's 12 out of 12 that are still going. The two in the front middle have been attacked by baby pillars. For some morbid reason I do enjoy popping them in my fingers. The leaves are all mangled up but that's not stopping them from doing their thing.
I think I finally found my magic touch with them. Still got roughly 10 weeks till harvest so we'll see.

The one day that I could go to our local farmers market, their closed.

Stuff is fresh from the field, always great taste, and cheap. Most is from the Amish farmers. Their in every direction, around me. Nice folks
