Someone else did that here as well. I just put it on top. My pots look like Swiss cheese there’s so many holes. Another advantage I can think of trying something like this is the wind if it’s in a secondary pot the other weighted pot could potentially prevent it blowing over if the pot is tall enough.

I've watched more ingrow shows than outside. No body grows cheap enough inside for me to try. Hahahaha
