5X5 is now drying tent. The only one left is red dragon. I put her in the 2x4 ogeee. I cranked on the red that kind light has. She’s flipped 6/3 I think and didn’t show any lady parts for probably 2 weeks

Gotta make my wife more CBD caps. I've got 4 grams of flower harvested a few months ago so the majority of the acid molecules of the CBDA are still attached but, I also have 4 grams that have been hanging in the garage for over 20 months and this should have all, or at least almost all the acid molecule gone. Basically it's been decarbed by time. Just as THC needs decarbing to become active CBD is the same as well as all cannabolids within the plant. Research has found that both CBDA & CBD are beneficial so I use half of each.

I'm going to put 4 ounces of coconut oil in a jar with these 8 grams of hemp flowers in a water bath at near 220F for 3 hours. Some of the CDBA will decarb but there will still be quite a bit as decarbing CBD takes 3 times as long in an oven compared to THC.

Have I mentioned I love this plant yet today?🥰
Instead of one of those plastic capsules couldn’t you just have a mini measuring cup? Labeled wife and add it to water?

If you ask me there is one historical group of workers in the USA that should have been striken with Carpal Tunnel.
Typist. If it was repetitive motion alone you never would have seen a 15 year old typist. That did not start until the invention of the keyboard.
It seems that a typist who actually did some manual labor as they moved keys and shift bars and return strokes built up enough muscles and did enough work that the repeat nature had much less off a health effect.
.keyboards where speed require a light touch pretty much uses fast twitch finger movements with little strength needed.
I got better moving stuff all day with my hands.
My mom was a early COBOL/DOS/BASIC code writer for a power company when memory was huge tape reels. Did it for 36 years and her wrists are fucked. BUT I got to see the history of personal computing basically on the 50 yard line.

Hey guys, hope everyone's Saturday is going well! .. I had a quick question, if you don't mind.. does anyone have experience with azomite, or volcanic ash? I need like an everso slight top off for K and calcium/iron without upping the N.. and this looks like the ticket! The only problem is I can only use it as a top dress and I'm already either three weeks into flower or just at the end of stretch, depending on which plant.. I'm just curious if it as a top dress would do anything at all, or if the minerals/nutrients would take too long for the microbes to break down? Anyway, thanks for reading this, hope your Saturday is and continues to be nice and relaxing.

And part lll, the rest of Smokey Tales:

What about other inventions like windmills and pumps?

Yep — Smokey’s reputation was “race cars, rules-bending, and hot vapor engine,” but if you dig a little deeper, he really was a practical tinkerer/inventor his whole life. After stepping back from the week-to-week grind of NASCAR in the late 1970s, he spent more time at his Daytona property, the docks, and what he called his “skunkworks,” working on all kinds of devices.

Off-track inventions & experiments

  • Windmills & pumps:
Smokey had a farm-boy upbringing and was always obsessed with simple, self-reliant energy solutions. He built and experimented with windmill designs and water-lifting pumps, partly for his property and partly because he hated wasting energy. They weren’t commercialized the way his racing ideas were, but he wrote about them in his memoirs.
  • Alternative energy systems:
Alongside his “hot vapor” engine, Smokey tinkered with solar collectors, fuel heaters, and small-scale renewable rigs, often trying to make systems that rural folks or boaters could build and repair themselves.
  • Hydraulic tricks:
He designed improved jack and pump mechanisms for use in the shop and on the track.
  • Aircraft & marine gear:
Having flown in WWII, he had a soft spot for planes and boats — and did one-off jobs like modifying propellers, pumps, and fuel systems for local pilots and mariners.
  • Everyday hacks:
Smokey was famous for sketching ideas on napkins — whether it was a better way to circulate water, ventilate a building, or keep beer cold without wasting ice.
What ties it together
  • Smokey’s mindset was always: “Waste not, exploit every loophole, and make it run more efficient.”
  • Even when it wasn’t race cars, his gadgets were about getting more output from less input — whether that meant a gallon of gas, a puff of wind, or a bucket of water.

how long did his garage remain open to the public?

Smokey’s Best Damn Garage in Town in Daytona Beach opened in the early 1950s and stayed active for decades — first as a full-time NASCAR/Indy shop, and later more as Smokey’s private R&D lab.
  • 1950s–1970s: Very much a working race shop, building cars for Fireball Roberts, Herb Thomas, Curtis Turner, Mario Andretti, and others. During this time fans, drivers, and the curious could stop by — and Smokey was famously blunt but welcoming if you caught him in the right mood.
  • 1980s: After Smokey stepped away from day-to-day NASCAR, the garage remained open but shifted toward R&D (hot vapor engine, Mercury outboards, alternative energy projects). It was less a “public” shop and more Smokey’s lab, though locals, racers, and curious gearheads could still walk in.
  • 1990s: By then he was semi-retired, writing his memoirs. The garage was still there, still full of cars and experiments, and Smokey was known to chat with fans who tracked him down at the docks or the shop.
  • Closed: After Smokey died in 2001, the garage sat idle for a while. It was demolished in 2003 to make room for commercial development.

👉 So: the garage was a public fixture for nearly 50 years (1950s–2001). After his passing, it was closed and torn down, but during his lifetime you could knock on the door — and if Smokey was around, you’d get an earful of racing history and maybe a tour.

Also, it is a powder if that makes any difference. It's called Back To The Roots organic azomite

“Azomite is a slow-release soil amendment. Most of its minerals are locked in silicate form, so microbes, soil acidity, and weathering are needed to make them plant-available. As a top-dress applied around week 3 of flower, you won’t see meaningful uptake during that run. It’s best used for pre-amending mixes, recharging no-till beds, or in compost/teas where microbes have time to process it. Any immediate effect in mid-flower would be negligible.”

It would help to know more about your grow, including some whole plant pictures. I'm curious why you want to cut N out completely? Plants still need N during flowering, just not as much as during veg and stretch.

I have carpel tunnel and trigger finger in my middle fingers and thumbs.
Prolly caused by carrying all them 6 packs of PBR & Genesee Cream Ale;
Strohs when we was splurging! lmao 🍻😋🤔🤣🤣🤣
Genesee Cream Ale in 16 ounce bottles and Little Kings (7oz) Bottles....that was breakfast of champions in the 70 and 80's.

Dude, that's exactly what I was thinking as far as the breakdown of the amendment goes so thank you for confirming but I put it in already so f it lol. I'll throw a picture. I'm a super amateur that throws all my money away and works for my neighbor in payment of dirt so can't really tell you what's in it bud I been feeding her a 3-5-4 npk ratio up until now In liquid.

It would help to know more about your grow...
Which is an amazing point if you're not about to be totally reckless. But you ARE.
You're gonna gently tickle your fingers round the soil, past root and JUST under, then pull back, slip a little deeper... there you go... work it, get the seekers. Get her taproot. OH BABY WIGGLE IT OUT. LIFT HER UP!
Dust that hot wet mess she's sitting on with amazonite whatever volcano dust plant cocaine.
Lay her right back in bed like nothing happened.
Tell us if it dies (it will).
