We will need as much information as possible but we can help.
What medium is it in?
What nutrition are you using
What watering procedure are you using.
What light strength with watts and distance or an energy measurement lux or ppdf. ( Dont freak we can help )
Temp and humidity control and light schedule time off and on.

I’m using Mother Earth soil maxigro and maxibloom humidity is at 55 temp is 76 degrees and logging I’m pushing around 700 watts

3 scoops of the small scooper for SFP
GG I’m using 2 scoops of the small scooper
WW I’m using 1.5 scoops I also for a ph tester my runoff is at 6.81

Ok let's get those lights down. When you look at the leafs they are curling and trying to taco up even the lower leafs. These are still in veg but they also look like autos. Can you confirm photo period.
In veg I never went over 40k lux. If you have a way to measure light with a sensor or an app it would help but I think you need to dump 25% off your lights. Dose the curls and drooping get worse close to lights out? That is prolly a pretty stiff DLI which is the accumulated energy for a 24 hour period. Cannabis plants need to stay below saturation level or are damaged quick and the daily rate which will stress plant and cause damage slower.
Researching nutes. That soil manufacturer makes so much stuff do you have a bag name in the soil?

Ok you say scoops but the maxi grow and bloom feed charts go by grams per gallon waler. I would start with using that chart unless you get someone that uses that line of nutes.
Do you know how to water these plants and how are you determining need for feed?
Can you flush the soil if needed?
These nutrition mixes have targets for PPM and EC . Do you have a tool for this, can you use and calibrate the tool?
I know guys that run that nutes and they have mass experience and use scoops. If you do not have mass experience I would use the guidelines of the feed chart

Pics are with the lights off

How many grows under your belt or is this the #1? If so don't get overwhelmed when info gets really specific. File it for later if it's frustrating.
I'm making my learning mistakes and real pros sometimes need advice with a method or a puzzle. Tiger Woods has a coach.
Think about separating the two in one pot.
Personally I had pots like that and just switched to fabric but I can't tell you anything yet.
This forum turned me from a hasbeen grow-slave to "not horribly bad"

You posted another question on a different thread about those lights. I tried looking those up and they say only 20watts. Give the name of those lights here on this thread.

No bugs apparently, no leaf burn, not drooping, no fungus on the soil, so those are good signs. Count your good signs and symptoms too.

I found a punch out 38 watts total junk

Ok now I am confused. I have a post with 1kw and one with 700 watts and the leafs are tacoing even at the bottom.
Now the light being used is a 38 watt $39 special at Walmart?

?

My 100w isn't the bare minimum, it's the struggling not enough. I have a 100w side light, that make a difference. Probably still not enough.

It would be hard to do without damaging the roots.

Most growers prefer fabric pots, but plastic can work okay. Fabric allows more gas exchange with the atmosphere and the plants need that. The roots especially need oxygen.

@Medic88 - It's best not to leave the meter's probes in the soil. Minerals in the soil will adhere to the probe and make it less useful. It's also recommended to wipe off the probes after use.

The plant looks like it wants more light and it's still in vegetation. If it's not enough now, it certainly won't be enough during flowering.
