Aoksun 2 Pack 500 LED Grow Light Panel 200W Lamp for Indoor Plants, Sunlike Full Spectrum with White Blue Red LEDs for 4x4ft Coverage Grow Tent Greenhouse Veg and Bloom Seedlings Hydroponics

Junk
These are 38 watts a panel. You need 38 watts per square foot to feed your plant

Buyer beware when it comes to lights.

I put a wattage meter on my lights so I can have a better idea of how much energy they're using. I like seeing the numbers.

They don't post a par map or actual wattage that should exclude them from purchase right there.

I do just fine with the vivosuns that have the fan in the panel. Only thing I hate is the captured nature of having to have the controller. You plug it in the wall without the controller it pulls 33 watts in veg setting default. No buttons or dials.

These lights can be used for seedlings and early veg, but will not do you justice for an entire grow. You can probably get creative and use them as supplemental lighting during flowering, but a new, more powerful light (preferably full spectrum with IR and UV) will be needed as a main light for flowering.

Be careful when choosing a light. Too many off-brand LED manufacturers advertise their "HID equivalent" wattage and not their actual power usage. You can usually divide this number by about 4 to get actual power usage, but doing the volts x amps or reading fine print will get the actual power draw.

Off-brand doesn't mean bad though. I have been using some Roleadro lights for 6 years. I just know that when they say 600w they actually mean 140w and are only good for about 2x2 areas (35w/sqft). To me, paying $50 per light for 6 years of use and counting is a great deal. I could have bought name brand for 4+ times the price, but I don't see them lasting 4+ times longer.

Ok cool but I’ve had this lights since I got the tent so about 16 days and the size has doubled

Let's not stress out a first-time grower. It can happen, but it's rare. So, to say it "will" happen is overstated. It has never happened to me, and I've only seen it once or twice in pictures on the forum here.

The difference between the vegetation stage and the reproduction stage (flowering) is amazing. The plants have dissimilar needs while flowering. You'll see.

It’s cool I’m doing it to finish my sons harvest since he can’t
I totally understand. Our oldest son has terminal colon cancer. The doctors say he'll only stay alive as long as he stays on chemo.

It can happen with any type of light. This is not a LED specific issue. It tends to show up more with LEDs since they produce less heat and growers tend to keep them closer to their plants. Light intensity is the sole culprit of bleached buds.

That’s what they look like without lights on

That looks like a K&N air filter for gas engines. We have one for our truck.

That's a short tent. It explains why the plants were pruned short.
