This is my grow diary for 2 Brothers Grimm plants.

I start them in little cups because I start my seed with distilled water, so its just easier to use a little cup and less of that. Once they have a few real leaves, I'll transplant to the bigger container.

I am growing in 5 gallon coco coir grow bags.

For nutrients, I use masterblend tomato and vegetable formula https://www.amazon.com/MASTERBLEND-4-18-38-Complete-Combo-Fertilizer/dp/B071HFDVB2

I have been using Masterblend for about 2 years now and have had very good success with it.

In case anyone else wants to follow in my footsteps, I mix my masterblend as such:

Part A = 120 grams epsom salt, 240 grams Masterblend Fertilizer, 1 liter of water.
Part B = 240 grams Calcium Nitrate, 1 liter of water.

Then 10ml of each A and B to one gallon of water. Half strength until the seedling has a handful of leaves, then full strength after that.

I also have a few other projects in my tent.

Everything except the back row is Autoflower, which is why they are small.

I should add that these seeds came in the mail on Saturday.

I planted them, I did not soak them in water overnight like I usually do. I just planted them in coco coir / vermiculite mix and gave them some distilled water. By monday they had sprouted and Tuesday they were above ground and had sprouted the cotyledons.

Thats unusually aggressive compared to other seeds I've recently planted that take over a week to do the same.

I am excited to see if that same aggressive growing pattern continues.

I'll be starting another soon for some seeds from Eight Brothers. They had a seed promo and I agreed to do a grow diary for some seeds. No clue what they are sending me, but I'm excited to find out! I looked on their website, they don't sell seeds, they are a grower for dispensaries, but I guess their deal is they give them out. They had some nice old school varieties, including Blue Dream, so that would be awesome to get. Blue Dream was the first weed I tried, I went on a trip to San Francisco and stopped at a dispensary. I told the guy "I just want something that'll get me baked while I walk through the redwoods." and ended up with a disposable blue dream vape pen.

Checked on things this evening.

PPFD is 320 at the seedling level.

And, I don't know if you newbs know this or not, but the proper gnome to plant ratio is extremely important.

I myself am growing this strain 3 weeks in very aggressive growers they consume nutrients fast but not to sure which one exactly it consumes more of when a day before watering the lower lower leafs start to brown in a way I have a picture and videos of every single day of it's journey if anyone wants to compare stats this is already LST and Topped

I got tha c99 x gluey on sale in November plant has perfect structure and topped beautifully. I’d give it 10 of 10 in veg so far. I get the Brothers Grimm hype now (plant on the left is Brothers Grimm c99xgluey. Right is Dirty Bird genes Black Phoenix V2.)
