I have a meter, but can't really figure out the values and it seems inaccurate. Usually if you keep a bit below the manufacturers instructions, it will work. The Strawberry is a bit of a bitch though - as soon as I adjust the output slighty, or increase the LED distance, it will stretch. Dutch Passion claims it doesn't get too tall, but when I compare it to other sativa hybrids so far, it seems to get tall. Perhaps the pheno idk.
I checked and the app meter shows 350ppfd for the top of the Strawberry. Wouldn't that even be a bit low?

All my AI wants to know is how many PPFD top and bottom per plant. If it seems inaccurate mention that and ask it to build a relationship between readings rather than on a scale and once the scale gets figured out, your old data is still useful.

Veg is what, 950 and flower is 1050? 450 is like first two nodes. Double check what I tell you, I'm not that advanced.
Oh seems that would be way too much. Veg would be 300-400 and flower 600-700.

I think 1000 and more would be sunlight, so in a way that number would be somewhat correct for outdoors. According to AI, in California sunlight would average at around 1600.

Edit: you can get away with giving more, when using co2, but it would be one of the last things to consider, once everything else is tuned in perfectly.

I believe my plants live in San Diego then lol cause the temps are more american-canadian border. They are not stress reacting to light. Hell I'm told my shitbag 100w panel isn't nearly enough. I have one more coming that gets RIGHT ON TOP with flex heads because there isn't heat to deal with.
Or whatever my AI overlord and I eventually settle on.

Light stress with LED is usually a bit less obvious. With the old HPS lights, you would get flowers that were half brown and half white when they came too close. The burned buds could look totally pale as if covered in flour.

While 100w might not be ideal, you can of course get away with it. 200w seems totally fine. I have 250 and probably fried some of my previous runs during flower.

I'm glad that you mentioned the meter earlier. I had given up on it and now it seems the UI changed and I can actually messure what I'm looking for. Now I dialed the tallest one in at 375ppfd - just in case the actual value is a bit higher.

Not yet.
The girls are gonna love it over theor kratsky setups.
Another Mother's Milk

and 2 more Gelato
20250821 105632

So I've got a clone of each in Kracky. Half strength Master Blend nutes (and 3 in solos w/ coco coir). This should work, more maintenance than a box with air stones but not a whole lot but these take up so little space and if I can clone 2 or more each that'd be great😉

This is the mama Gelato

Harvested 7 days ago. I grabbed a spear and cleaned it up and left it on the tray to dry out
20250820 130900

Rolled one up and saved it for this morning with coffee. 5-6 hits in, eh. Nice cookie smell/taste so pretty sure it's G33 as labeled. That 7th hit, holy sheet howdy🤣😍🤗 Glad I took cuts🤩

I’m gettin confused trying to catch up lol

You’re doing a top and bottom PPFD reading check correct?

What is your average top and average bottom?

600-1k is a good flower range I’d say in a 4x4-5x5 675-700 is my sweet spot

Veg is 250-300 early or for mothers etc to keep growth slow, then 300-400 heavy veg to move twords flower

Average top is now 375 and the average bottom was ~ 180. Seems correct now. I'm planning to switch in about 10 days. Maybe a bit sooner or later, depending on how fast the small ones catch up. I elevated them now. So they also get over 200 now.

My sister and a few of my cousins were doin this around that 8-9 years old for awhile… our family had about 7 horses 🤣

I remember watchin one of my sisters horses give birth in its stall at like 2am
