Haha I know that feeling, man. I’ve burned through plenty of seedlings thinking I had it all dialed in. Honestly what helped me most was keeping the early ones under a dome a bit longer and not rushing them outside too soon. Once they’re sturdy enough, they can handle way more than you expect. Don’t sweat it though, every run teaches you something for the next. Looking forward to seeing your updates.

Going outside to water the girls as soon as the sun rises here Oldchucky, keep yourself cool during these dog days of summer. I split up my plants yesterday moved 4 on the opposite side of my yard cause of where the sun is now tracking.

You do the same gal! Like everything else I just hole up during the day! The humidity is getting down to the low teens, so the swamp cooler does a good job in the house! In a month, lack of sunlight is going to start dogging me too! Hang in there!😁

I’ve tried most ways! I don’t know what will come of this! Tap the above post! From 2022! It was moving the plants and I went through two tanks of gas! But I said fuck it, and went back to shaking!😂🍻

Finally got back from a marathon drive/vacation, Napa to Lassen for a week, then to Portland for 4 days, then Salmon Idaho for another 4 days. Yesterday did a 14 hour 900 mile drive from Salmon to Napa! So these pics are about a week old, but here are the volunteers up at Lassen , a couple autos and some photos. The photos are just starting to go into flower.

Not bad for an absentee grower! You might get a little something out of it! Gives you a little something different to look forward to every time you go up! As usual, mother nature will have a lot to say about it! So far so good!😍🍻

Absentee for certain, the only thing I’ve done, other than setting the water timer is I threw a handful of 15-15-15 on the fruit trees when I planted them in June. The soil is volcanic ash, and sand/river gravel with some old FFOF mixed in. Soil is good, but drains very fast. Anything I get will be a bonus, but it’s a good test for next year! I’m thinking maybe some fast flowering seeds might be the ticket!

Well things kind of went to shit while I was gone. Came home to find that large pot I put the one plant into flooded and the plant was really suffering. I rushed around and put some soil into a 15 gal bag and put that 5 gal bag into that. It might be too late but I'll let it dry and see what happens.

Virginia City is a real fun place to visit and party at! We stayed at the Silver Queen Hotel and although it wasn't a very comfortable accommodation, we can say we stayed at a "haunted" hotel. We did a ghost tour at Washoe Club and there was this map on the wall. Not very accurate as Virginia City and Reno are both east of Lake Tahoe and Reno is north of Virginia City, just like Hollywood to screw things up!

ETA: Looking at that map again I see the map is actually twisted counterclockwise according to the compass on it, makes more sense!

Not sure what you’re willing to spend on nutes, but you should look into Gaia green. It’s a great set it and forget nutrient! I would still make myself available to apply a top dress of the flower food : )

Lol! I was a real rube! But it wasn’t dark heart nursery genetics! It was dark heart, nursery, advice! It was actually growers choice, seeds! I probably couldn’t have made a worse choice there either! Ha ha ha!😂🍻 back then there wasn’t any credit card shit! It was all about cashiers checks or money orders! The dark ages!😆
