He can fit 6 (5 gallon) bags in there if he wants max use 3x2. You have to take them all out all the time to do anything and that's at least once a week. Shaking could snap a root, distantly possible. With 5 he can rotate shit around if he wants to wipe down floor and walls. By canopy that's like 3 bags at 5 gal if they are scrogged out flat canopy.Think step 1 would be to maximize space usage, 2x4 tent so 24x48, I’d run something like these, 5gallon rigid square pots they are fabric pots that hold their shape square, you could squeeze 8 in there side by side like @HerbalEdu does that would help you utilize every inch of floor space with soil, I like to veg in stages (multiple up pots usually) but that would work to where you veg in maybe a 1 gallon then pop them into these 5’s let them root out for a week to stretch their feet, then flip
I’ve ran the fox farms whole liquid lineup I have I think almost all their liquids c I did make the switch to greenleaf megacrop for a bit (good stuff)
I’ve done Gaia green and FF trio combo runs those were really nice, just the Gaia alone with some other organics does very well.
I’d suggest picking up the Gaia Green once you run out of the FF trio it works great stand alone, but can tweaked all different ways, I think some of my cleanest heaviest most aromatic runs came from my gaia runs
Not to mention once you amend it’s just tap water till next top dress every 4 weeks (in between there is when I usually make a EWC tea, give em some fish emulsion, maybe some Great white shark or Fish Sh!t for a microbe boost
Your best is ya love to do it. Lot of times getting through issues is just talking it out and any social setting is good. Good thread here to talk out theory and application of all of it for sure.My best is an ounce....but thanks to all of you on the Trainwreck this grow looks really promising....my outside (in the ground) Blue dream I feel will break the 1 pound mark. 4 foot branches with buds running up the full length.
Do you guys also get humidity peaks after watering fabric pots? As long as the humidity is fine to begin with, it wont matter, but sometimes it had me going crazy when I got like 70% at night during late flower. Thankfully you can still get away with it as long as your air intake and circulation is strong enough. He can fit 6 (5 gallon) bags in there if he wants max use 3x2. That sound right?
Yes. Easily handled with humidity automation. If I water 4 pots at the same time I always see the humidity addition is reduced for control. As long as my automation is set at around a 50% cycle any changes in humidity from watering, night time transition and heat changes are handled by the cloudforge and the thermoforge with little to no interaction.Do you guys also get humidity peaks after watering fabric pots? Just mentioned it because when I pack my little tent with 6 x 2.2gals, the lack of space between the fabric pots seem to make the humidity issue worse. My pots are kinda cheap shit though - perhaps with a higher quality fabric, you get less of the humidity spikes...
Any thoughts?
At least you did not waste the chance to make us laugh.I feel for ya, my whole body is like one giant bone spur, wrapped in arthritis.... lmao
oh, and I'm on home oxygen.... feckn emphysema/copd
I'm not to brilliant at times...
Case in point, a few weeks ago,
I had my o2 tube draped under my chin
while I was smoking the end of a marijuanas...
bc, I'd almost caught my nose on fire already,
bc I'm a dumb-ass & thought the "No Smoking,
Oxygen In Use" warning was basically BS... IT'S NOT!
You saturate your hair with it, like in your nose or beard
and it's like mixing it with acetylene... or magicians flash
paper! It's becomes that flammable! And puffs off a
shorty are enough to ignite it.... Big fn time!
DOTE!!! Somebody get that man a
DARWIN AWARD PRONTO!!!![]()
Nets are your friend in a space like that that’s why I love scrogs haha, you can equally distribute the light across the full canopy evenly and use every square inch of real estate it’s right where im at now, I was a tad impatient and flipped but she’s fillin in niceWow....alot of good information. Thank you. I bought some 10 gallon grow bags...very large....when I harvested the plant used roughly half the space with the root ball....some roots wandered into the rest. I've shelved those bags.... now i will pull back out and try again. Maybe use them for my outside plants....get 5 gallon buckets for indoor grows.
As for watering/feeding I go by weight, I water/feed every 3 days, some are getting ready to wilt, others are still a bit heavy, so they don't get as much, has seemed to work well....on very hot sunny days I may need to dump some water in the pot to make it to the feed.
Yes! I thought it looked a bit short for a 2x4 I thought that’s what B said lolHe can fit 6 (5 gallon) bags in there if he wants max use 3x2. And that i do. I hear people talk about "trimming hell"..... im one of them in the moment. Right now i wish I had some trimming hell...Your best is ya love to do it. I want to go to my local cannabis social club but haven't had the chance. I guess you pay a daily member fee and it's a smoke lounge with some bands on weekends and a library and stuff.
No...I have heavy duty Vivosun fabric bags.. I still get humidity spikes....I bought 2 more fans and installed to keep air flowing....I vent out every 15 minutes... and ventilation for 20 minutes....don't know what else to do...Do you guys also get humidity peaks after watering fabric pots? Yes they are.....I have 2 going....4x4 and a 2x4....the 2x4 is just getting started...2x4 is Caps cali blue...4x4 is the Punta Rojo. The Punta i flipped early as well....that strain will grow out of my tent if I didnt...now that it has started flowering do you think I should clean out underneath the nets?Nets are your friend in a space like that that’s why I love scrogs haha, you can equally distribute the light across the full canopy evenly and use every square inch of real estate it’s right where im at now, I was a tad impatient and flipped but she’s fillin in nice
Today's AI comments... I moved the light up for a 50 PPFD drop near the front to rectify.
Current Layout
- Front Left (NL5) → 1175 µmol/m²/s (nice strong light, near ideal)
- Front Right (Carly / Columbian Red) → 1100 (solid, within healthy PAR zone)
- Rear Right (Goth Bitch) → ~935 avg (a little lower, but still perfectly serviceable for flower — could push stretch if she’s lankier)
- Rear Left (empty / seedling not up yet) → currently a dark square in the grid, not a factor yet
Light Distribution Take
- Your two front plants are slamming into the sweet spot — 1100–1175 PPFD is aggressive, borderline max for flowering, but if you’re still in veg, it’s pushing fast sturdy growth. You’ll need to feed accordingly or watch for tip burn.
- Goth Bitch lagging at ~935 means she’s getting ~20% less energy than the front row. That could translate into smaller or looser flowers if she’s a stretcher, unless you raise her up a bit.
- Seedling corner is fine being dimmer for now. Once she’s up, you’ll probably want to shield or stagger the light so she doesn’t get nuked in her first week.
Suggested Adjustments
- Balance front vs rear → Front corners are hogging light. If possible, tilt or reposition the overhead LED slightly back, or raise the rear plants with a platform so the rear can catch up.
- Goth Bitch boost → She’d benefit from that optional 100W side bulb angled in at her from the left side, raising her average closer to the front plants.
- Future seedling → When it pops, consider a temporary solo dome light or keep her shaded slightly until she can take 400–500 PPFD without stress.
Caution
You’re already brushing against the upper safe PPFD ceiling (1200 is usually “redline” unless supplementing CO₂). If your temps stay high 60s and CO₂ is just ambient, you may see light stress sooner than later (bleaching, clawing).
Want me to mock up a rotation plan (like quarter-turn every 24h so everyone shares the sweet spot), or keep it simple and just recommend side-light for Goth Bitch?

I caught a northern pike with 1/2 a small mouth bass sticking out.I get to watch dragonflies from the pond pick off leaf hoppers doing the look at me dance. They perch then flit up and back down. They rarely make 5 jumps.
I actually saw one getting consumed. It held it like a kid with a corn dog, started at the head.
Nature is awesome.
Real lizard brain type shit
Fight or flight
Know when to hold them when to fold them
I knew what was coming down the pipe, bro I seen it from a mile away. The thing was is that I was just holding onto the fact that there was always a possibility, because with some sativa strains, you can have late pre-flower type situations
Not with hybrid as often, but it still does happen if it’s a sativa dominant hybrid, it’s just one of those things that you know I invested a lot of time into it. I nurtured the shit out of those things with an extended veg.
So it’s just one of those things, man that you know mistakes happen and it’s not the end of the world it’s it’s just you gotta put on your rose colored glasses and take away from it. The learned experience and you know I think I did a pretty good job running it through to the point that I did and I’m confident that I could run anything in the world in the damn buckets now so that alone for a dumbass like me is priceless. My whole thing is with them being as fucking monstrous as they were imagine if they were female, they would’ve been twice that fucking size they would’ve been coming out of my roof and that excites me.
Fishing in UP Michigan for Muskie. Great weather for it overcast and rainy for 3 days. Only caught walleye and Northerns.I caught a northern pike with 1/2 a small mouth bass sticking out.
All I gotta say to this is….With normal natural seeds we all get males in the bunch, we yank em and move on but every once in a while there's that one "Lola" we come across, fall in love, and then find out. And it's a mixed bag of emotions. Anger. Sadness. Disgust. And then you're trying to rationalize it... "well, maybe we can still make this work out," lol.
Glad I let you talk me into studding out that beautiful Blackberry Kush. I've collected about a gram's worth of yellow tinted cocaine. Okay more like sudafed bathtub crank.First time I ever played with that shit. NASA should be using cannabis pollen as a dry lubricant. The only worrisome part is I've had that thing in the yard for a good month jizzing into the air so everything probably got it. I deliberately kept more plants in veg until I yank it though. I'm expecting the worst which is a best case scenario, potentially five crosses.... Blackberry Kush x Blackberry Kush, Gelato, Alien OG, Banana OG, Ice Cream Cake.
Edit: Make that 6, forgot about Grape Pie!
I’d like to have a sniff of that and have my drool be the fuel that creates the seeds. With normal natural seeds we all get males in the bunch, we yank em and move on but every once in a while there's that one "Lola" we come across, fall in love, and then find out. My Friend was Duane. He ate roaches and any random pill in any random medicine cabinet.I’d like to have a sniff of that and have my drool be the fuel that creates the seeds.
Only one way to find out if it works. Sniff it.
I’m all out of pollen or I’d try myself lmao
Speaking of, did anyone here have one of those friends when they were young that always ate the roach? I did. His name was Clem, I wonder where Clem is nowadays……hopefully eating roaches still lol
