Sweet Candy (Greenleaf) = carbs (sugar), amino acids, K, Mg, S, micros → basically a refined “molasses-plus” for microbes + direct uptake, without attracting fungus gnats and other bugs associated with raw molasses.
You should be using some form of molasses to feed your benny's and keep the soil healthy. If you are not, then you're missing out. Case in point, check out the Capt's bunker.
