It's basically powdered molasses, you can smell it as soon as you open the bag. Sweet Candy (Greenleaf) = carbs (sugar), amino acids, K, Mg, S, micros → basically a refined “molasses-plus” for microbes + direct uptake, without attracting fungus gnats and other bugs associated with raw molasses.

You should be using some form of molasses to feed your benny's and keep the soil healthy. If you are not, then you're missing out. Case in point, check out the Capt's bunker.👊🤡

Also, If you're going to become a bucket head (yay!🥳) I'd highly recommend the addition of Sweet candy. In hydro, unlike soil; you must supply every single nute and micro nute, that the plant(s) require to thrive. 👊😉
Thanks. I have my own molasses mix i use. I was guessing that's what it was.

Watering properly is key in soil. Use a scale if necessary to figure out the weight of the pot, wet and dry. Then let it dry back between waterings.
@Galgrows @Oldchucky

Thanks for the giveaway. I use all your equipment. I’m waiting on the dehumidifier to ship out in a Cpl months.

Best piece of advice I can give for a dope indoor grow, start with some decent soil, pop beans in water for 2-3 days, then throw directly in soil half inch down, mist lightly for a week, after that water once every 7-10 days, as plant grows water every 4-5 days and then in flower every 2-3 days depending on plant and set up, apply lights fairly close from the start of emergence, depending on if you have dimmable settings, make some home made nutrients, water in a big bowl for a week with egg shells and aloe Vera for veg, and the same with lots of bananas for flower, PH water to about 6.5,
from the moment of flower wait 9 weeks till you chop, dry for about 7-10 days, cure for minimum 2 weeks @ 62 % humidity and you have successfully grown some dank bud 😎🤟🏽

Hope this helps 😁

I think lots of people have already been tagged but here’s a good two that might be interested @TestTime and @Greenthumb88

Thank You @homegrowncannabisco for the Awesome giveaway!!!!

Tip #1 - get everything in order, i.e. lights, humidity, heat, airflow, etc....

Tip #2 - after completing tip 1, think outside of the box......

i know Newtons law, but some things are definitely better than others!!!!

For anyone unsure about cloning or in a situation where it's tough to root something like late in flower you can always root clones on the plant before cutting away to re pot.
I've only limited pics it's been age's.

I've got these little gadgets but wrapping the cubes/sponges in a strip of plastic or clingfilm works well.

This one was from a plant 9wks in flower.

Like a clone i prepare a site where a shoot is put a little cloning gel on it then cover it with root riot sponges and wrap them to the stem with clingfilm etc.

I tried this a number of times but didn't get success until I strangled the stem with a few twists of wire, twisted tight enough to bite in and restrict sap but not cut it off then it should be good in 2 weeks ±

The best tip i can give is to be patient and dont stress, your plants will literally become apart of you and will grow as long as you give them care and love and be there for them like their family lol it might sound a bit funny but you will be surprised how far the little things will take you, im a new grower im currently on my 3rd grow ive had ups and downs like we all have but once i started to talk to my plants and just enjoying them the more i could tell what the needed.
I dont have any friends to recommend so i hope this will help someone out like it did me by naming some great youtubers like @MrCanucksGrowGuide
@MrGrowIt
I hope this is ok stay terped 👍🏾

Thanks! I'll keep this in mind for the future. I can vaguely recall seeing this done when I was a kid. It was with other types of plants, though.

In some of the pictures, it looks like soil plugs were used. I imagine that might work well. I'm also interested in why that bulge formed above the wire. My first thought was the downward flow to the roots was restricted and that caused the plant to grow new roots. Interesting.

Thanks for the tips! And yes, totally okay - remember if you don't have friends on here then feel free to tag some growers you like to follow, or who you think might have great tips, or who simply might want to be involved...

Hope everyone's having a good start to the week. Homegrown 🌱

My tip is something I've been going through, and that is genetics.....its one of the biggest game changers I've seen in my own grows. Research and awesome farm fam and you will be on your way
@Bigalmoby @Arny420
And a shout out to @Greenadian formy current run

thanks for the giveaway guys and will be looking into your genetics, 🤔

I'm always up for some ACI equipment.

My very obvious and simple tips are:

KISS
Patience is a virtue!
Don't over water, we've all done it!
If you can dial in your environment you're more than halfway way there imo. That with good genetics and happy days are ahead.

@BearWater @Greenjourneyman

My advice is that before you even put a seed into germination make sure you have the best equipment, AC infinity will take care of everything in that department from the right size tent and extraction to a whole hi tech range of plug and grow environment controls to finish a full setup.

Next up you'll need those all important seeds and some fertilizer to make them grow into big and strong dank ass plants. The Homegrown Cannabis Company has your back again here, great writeups and reviews to make your selection of genetics and everything they will need to become dank and ass as well as friendly staff just a call away.

Make these guys your gotos, put them number one and two on your speed dials, become family and grow with them as they will grow with you.

I don't got two grow friends.

I pretty much had to sell my soul to write this.

I'm in the UK.

My mother always said id grow up a loser.....

Just going to leave this here in case I haven't won 🖕
