I grew them for 2 years and yes the ones I had, Bruce Banner and Gorilla Glue, flowered and finished about 2 weeks ahead of the others.Good morning all -
I’m looking for information about the “fast strains” because I am growing a couple of Honeyface plants by Twenty20.
They have grown along side the other photos and I couldn’t tell any difference, then this week one of the 2 just accelerated into flower in a rapid fashion not typical of photo plants & the other one seems to be following along.
Pics below are of Honeyface and 1 shot of Super Chocolate that could be a very early photo which was the earliest one into bloom but is outpaced by the fast strain at this point…
Have any of you experienced growers got comparative info to share on these fast strains?
Thank you

Heya old boy your plants look great!! I feel for your friend buddy. It seems like there’s one catastrophe after another lately if it isn’t drought or fires or… I stopped watching the news because I just get so angry and depressed about all the dam craziness in the world lately. I hope your friend will recover soon Peace y’allMorning all
Just finished my sugary Sunday effort to make my soil life’s job a little easier.
Saw some pest insects, dead leaves that need removal etc so will be out there a bit later today to deal with those. The baby stink bugs and grasshoppers are what I’m seeing now, oh I’ve got praying mantis creeping around and they do a good job for me
First 2 are Durban Pie starting to develop rosin on the leaves around flowers.
3rd pic is the swelling buds on Honeyface.
The last is a shot of Lake Creek Alaska which is obviously flooding, a friend sent me this yesterday.
All this bad shit happening at once everywhere with billionaires at the helm makes me think that we are going to need large harvests this year
Enjoy your day View attachment 2512674View attachment 2512675View attachment 2512676View attachment 2512677

Next year when I put Autos in the 12, I could add a few bean plants here and there..... hmmmm.
One way to solve that is to plant new beans every 2-3wksThey were actually grown as a cover crop. Something to cover my plants from prying eyes, that is.There was one small line of sight from the road to the garden, that needed taken care of. Are cops are cool....but who knows about the kids in the neighborhood. I know my neighbor behind me can see them from her back porch, and has a grandson who looks a bit shady. He knows I have my eye on him. Id rather give him a sack, than have him destroy the plants, while trying to steal from me, but who knows about the friends he's told....right.!
Built a 7' x10' fence for them to grow on ( pole beans ).

Nice thing ... My cover crop gives me food, too..
Only problem ....my plants are taller than the beans, and the beans will probably die off before the plants mature. May have to put up my camo netting, later![]()
1/2 was. Groundhog got a bad touch of lead poisoning, before he finished the other half. One way to solve that is to plant new beans every 2-3wks
