So an update on that light I was having trouble with that I traded seeds for here from Asmodeous

It’s official he went out of his way to screw me so after I replaced a driver got two different cords for it. It still didn’t wanna go ahead and damn Brighton so the last thing that I could possibly check on, it is the switch. So I pull apart the bar that has the switch on it and what do I find in it?
That guy has got some bad juju coming his way man this is unreal to me. I guess he taped the end of the wires so I wouldn’t burn my house down at least which is nice so it’s one of those I’m gonna fuck him part of the way, but not completely type of deals. So I’m gonna throw some wire nuts on this thing and check the continuity on the wires and see whether or not it fucking works after I spent all this fucking money on shit. I probably didn’t have to chances are just fucked, but regardless man, I don’t understand it. I’m a super nice guy to people but this shit right here tests my resolve in ways that I never thought possible honestly

Regardless, it’s not gonna ruin my day
Sorry I wasn’t on yesterday but wifey had to go to the dentist and have a few teeth pulled yesterday so I’ve been waiting on her making sure that she’s got everything that she needs because her jaw is fucking Swoll


I’m firing up the spliff going to get me some coffee and trying to decompress a little bit because this shit has gotten me way too pissed off way too early
Now I know why I didn’t have a cord. He knew it would take me a while to find one so aside from me saying that I wasn’t gonna use it for a while and that I guess that’s why he figured he could get away with it.

Yo, it used to be a standard to put an extra inch and a half of wire in in case a repair needed to use clean cut. Just for that reason, now they're min-maxing so hard the wire is taught point to point. Of course about 6 people in america ever fix things... and they're here!

I was planning on using a 27 gal tote for one plant though.

I don't understand how you get away with so many in the tote at
one time, when they grow root-balls like in picture

There was shit for maintenance anywhere in that light, it’s a damned tightrope from component to component,
I have all types of wire that would have done the trick. But alls I needed to do was drill out a hole to the right size for the switch. And move an Eye hook real quick. Took 5 seconds.
I’m literally swimming in tools in this house,
I have 3 tool boxes and 4 tool bags in my bedroom.
2 tool boxes and a 7ft x 3ft tool cabinet in the dining room, and a trailer with 4 toolbox in it, and one more outside chained to the tongue. It’s too easy to find something to do all the time.
I have a table vice in my bedroom
Who the. Fuck does that?

Well theoretically dude they’ll just grow until they can’t grow more due to space issues right but at that point there is a good possibility that he could have flip by then right so they’re not gonna really vegetative grow that much more the root balls will probably get larger sure but not by some crazy unfathomable amount so if you’re already in flower at that point, it’s just about thrown as much food as you can at them and if you have a tote that’s completely stuffed with six plants in it. It’s just a nutrient solution game. He probably have to just refill that entire tote once a day or every other day and could get away with it I think

But also, I kind of feel like a DWC rig is a hack for a contest like a solo cup. It’s definitely an uneven playing field to just stick a cup in a DWC and allow for basically a 5 gallon pot equivalent for roots to grow when everybody else is in soil, right?
I don’t really see how it’s fair at the end of the day to be honest bro
But if it’s totally allowed, I’m firing one of mine up

Literally weather you have a bench vice and grinder or do not have a bench vice and a grinder is my go to make or break on being friends.
I can not see hanging around anyone so useless. I'm not gunna hold that while you swing or weld whatever. Get a vice.

In all seriousness, if I can get a seed to germinate this weekend, I’ll be running a sub irrigated solo cup.
Homemade, just take the bottom off a slightly smaller plastic cup at 1 1/2-2” and poke holes in it, then cut the corner out enough to stick a pre roll tube through it. This next part is very important. Cut the bottom off of the pre roll tube.
Then flip the cut bottom cup upside down and stuff it into the bottom of the solo, so it creates a little reservoir and run the tube through it to the bottom of the solo cup.
Then carefully fill in with soil. Be sure to leave the pre roll tube above the soil line.

The nicey nice way is categories. You either grow all in one cup OR you're in "Supermodifieds" and you're pretending to be in one cup.
