Always wondering how much, if any, defoliation should be done on this very dense, healthy, and sturdy Chunky Skunk Indica. I’ve been removing interior side growths and large fan leaves in the dense underside that don’t get any direct sun but I’m concerned about too much defoliation. After all, leaves make the food that feeds the buds. I suppose that chopping all interior side growths of 6” or less could help. Your thoughts and techniques appreciated.

Got some pics today. Going to hit them with the string and BT tonight. Can’t convince myself any longer that what i didnt think was caterpillar poop isn’t in fact caterpillar poop🤣 and Cpur came through with the “hey Bear you gonna tie them things off before they break?” post! hahaha thanks C! 🤩

Some pics of the ugly tree things that fall on the plants! lol. That was a hard pill to swallow. And then the egg that has hatched (day late, it’s out there now eating the plants and laying more eggs!🤣)
Pics 7 and 8 are of one plant that looks like “re veg”? I havent ever tried to revege a plant after flower (i did for like a day lol) nor have I ever had a plant revege outside. Pretty sure it’s dark enough in my backyard. I doubt a few minutes of light here and there from kitchen after dark would make it re veg? If anything i would have expected a herm from the lighting situation.

I don't take fan leaves off outside until they yellow. Leaves are a reservoir for when it gets dry or low on food. Center cleanout for skinny branches that don't add much are a no brainer.

I notice the red tape on the bottom of one plant. I like to tie a rope around the middle of all the long branches so single branches don't move as much in the wind. Tied up the whole plant has to move which means single branches don't get whipped around as much. It doesn't take much string/rope and it saves on damage.

Don't know, anymore. Quit dealing years ago, and let my buddy take over. Now that it's legal, he's struggling to make $. I haven't had to buy weed in a few years, just help my neighbor trim his, for weed in payment. 😎

His is ok, but I think I can grow better than my neighbor. He agreed after looking at my plants, compared to his. Both of us have a white buffalo, growing. Mine makes his look like a auto strain.
Its always good to grow your own, nothing like smoking, eating your home grown products .
I've had a good year with veg ,and my apple trees, plums have given good harvest, I'll be making some cider over the weekend .
My autos have given me 5 Oz so that will keep us in eddables until Christmas time ,
My kush plant is 8ft nearly ,she definitely loved her new pot , I was thinking of getting rid of some leafs ? Do you take any off your plants ?

Just the yellow and dying.

I did prune out the inside of the bottom 1/3 of the branches of all the larfy stuff that won't become anything.
