I’m much happier with Mega and the lack of half used bottles sitting everywhere. I boxed 100 lbs worth of GenHydro and gave it some old hippie on Craigslist out by the river.

I love candles. I keep a box sorted with a few scented ones in one bag and just light ones in another. Shit I use it in zippers and doorways, as sealer, a TON of shit. Every time you go past a household cleanout, look for the candles. Then don't fuckin HOARD THEM FUCK HOARDERS HOLY SHIT I MAD.
Anyhow. Yeah like, just keep a box. Then you can get emergency photons if you forgot flashlights.
You should own less than 28 working and 5 non-working flashlights. Ask me how I know.

Oil lamps are nice for power outages. I have three or four of them. Candles are good too. But having any of them going in a house with three cats can be nerve racking.

Make a 3, 9, 12 day set of packs for everyone in a house. You can instantly run from a fire, go on a camping trip, anything.

Just about the time the fire was about to really take off, a very decrepit looking old man came running from the woods yelling "wait a minute, wait a minute; I can use that body!" At which time he jumped up onto the pyre and at the same time, the young man jumped down and ran off back into the forest.
