I'm in the lower part of the southern hemisphere, and have just germinated some seeds, I intend on keeping them in under fluro lights till they are about 30-40cm tall, then transitioning to outdoors around end of October, has anyone done this with success? I'd prefer they don't early flower, will be growing in pots so I can move them around, any help greatly appreciated

They will do fine. Your main issue is keeping them from flower. When you plop outside first. 15 minutes. Day 1. To harden them off. Day 2 let them sit for 30 min. Day 3 you can add 15 more min and find them a shady spot to stay for the day. Signs the plants stressed from UV (this is what they are getting use to , the suns UV), are leafs flipped. A healthy leaf will flip upside down kinda. Cannabis is resilient. It will harden off real quick. Hope this helps. And I have taken plants and just left them out with out any hardening off...but I only get 6-8 hrs of full sun anyway, so they got the shade they needed. This is only for hardening off form indoor to out. Seedlings sprouted outside are fine and can pretty much take full sun. Remember not to bring them out to early for your area. Boston its june 1. gl keep us posted.
