Nice! Full living soil?Potting mix brewing mate. Mixed up some peat, compost, mykos/bacillus, frass, biochar, palagonite and gypsum for the next run.
Yep moving back to a living soil for summer. Been using a local potting mix which has been nice but doesn't have the water holding capacity a nice peat mix does. Its fine in winter but coming into summer I'll be watering too often for my liking in the small 3-5 gal pots I've been using these days.Nice! Full living soil?
I Got the 60 gallon growin cover crop atm!
Back rooms have the 30 gallon pots, Frostette is on her 2nd cycle in those the 2 30’s in the 4x8 are just cycling cover crop till I plant for winter
Still deciding what I wanna do, I have 3 strains coming up but I might only choose 1 for now, for the 60 gallon, then lol decide what I wanna do with the back room, Frostette should chop right about the same time as the outdoor plants then I’ll probably just rock 2-3 plants at a time through the winter we’ll see, so much going on I don’t wanna overdo it 6 tents is a lot to handle on a 15 minute time slot per day lol
I feel ya mate. Foxtail city come Dec-jan in my case. Plus it's hard to keep humidity down and stay in vPD here so mold becomes a problem too. Decided early to forego the torture for a few months.I see a massive overall difference between summer and winter indoor grows here, brutal temp swing between the seasons, my cold grows are top farking notch, my hot grows, with 85f to 115f, sucks balls, esp drying, yet I foolishly persist, I have a 9'x12' air con lung room, but damn, it gets hot here
absolute perfection in my eyes, well done, the accent could do with a tweak, but well done, you are opening my eyesMan I miss this sightcan’t wait till winter lol
Same here! Running all those lights in the back I don’t run any ac or dehu all winter just lights and exhausts, room is at up nice back there if temps drop I can close off the crawlspace and room entry and get the temps up 4-5fI see a massive overall difference between summer and winter indoor grows here, brutal temp swing between the seasons, my cold grows are top farking notch, my hot grows, with 85f to 115f, sucks balls, esp drying, yet I foolishly persist, I have a 9'x12' air con lung room, but damn, it gets hot here
love the pair of them, nicely done, not to sway but to inform, I use autopots and never check runoff, only ec once per week, and ph every second day, and it just performs, this coming from clay ball dutch buckets which was a little more work, I spend my time training and being dazzled by growth@Mikedin I've found I can get through a whole run (90-100) days with the addition of 4-4-4 at potting up around week three and fish/kelp weekly from the onset of flower. Especially with the little plants I'm growing these days.
These have had probably 5 feeds of fish and kelp all up and no top dress this run due to the 3 week flip.

Was going to go back to Coco but the thought of having to check pH, EC and run off was a big no as I'm lazy. Its just tap water daily until stretch finishes and Ive been haphazardly pouring my fish kelp and frass straight out the bottle once a week. Suite a lazy man well
I’m a huge fan of Gaia green it’s what I’m running the outdoor on in addition to the build a soil amendments@Mikedin I've found I can get through a whole run (90-100) days with the addition of 4-4-4 at potting up around week three and fish/kelp weekly from the onset of flower.
