Planted in March harvested in October. Still too hot and too quick for proper drying. Can I plant in October (outside) so the dry is much cooler in January or February?

If you're in Arizona, you could do that with autoflowers. Photoperiods will flower as soon as they're sexually mature with the short fall/winter days.Planted in March harvested in October.
