What’s up homies! Gotta make an update! Cover crop is crushing it, now to let it fill in, seedling is started for the pot gunna throw a copious in here and do a relatively short veg and flip to flower, wanna get the first round through the bag and see how she does, gotta do a re-up of craft blend and maybe a new addition we’ll see, still have a ouch build a bloom, might pick up some build a flower for this run, wanna get some through the other bags too so might as well pick up a bag

I’m shocked at the size of these colas I got going on with this plant. Day 45 since flip, I’m thinking another 5-6 weeks on the 3 sisters and the other one looks like it’ll be another 3-4 weeks. They are all digging this soil. Been feeding every 10-12 days, the rest has been water only. The drip tape is working well but difficult for it to keep up with how much they are dunking so have to hand water every 3-4 days. I am going to bring the lines closer together on the next run.

Morning homies now we’re rockin!
That cover crop took off! 🤩 sorry if you’ve answered this, and I’ve probably seen it here before but im a stoner! do you mix all that cover crop into the soil when you put the plant into the soil? or just make a space to drop the plant down in and leave the cover?

Normally at this point I would leave the cover crop and let it assist in keeping humidity up during early veg, once they take off I’ll do a chop and drop and top dress with craft blend and any other amendments I wanna work in, sometimes I replant the cover crop sometimes I just do a mulch layer, first time I used straw, and time I used rice hulls, I just got a full bag of build a flower and before the end of the day I should get my new bag of dominion blend and 10 lb bag of craft blend I’ll do like 1 gallon of build a flower/ 1 gallon of dominion blend / 4 cups of craft blend per bag is the current plan I’ll hold off until I chop and drop the 60 gallon and that’s when I’ll top dress that pot

For me the chop and drop is a version of feed on top of everything it’s a active compost layer on the top of the soil as nature would do with dropping leaves, I think it contributed to the soil improvement

And the ABO and Project 4516 x okie are doin nice in the back porch even with these high 40’s to low 50’s nights
I love your deck shots because I can just imagine the grin on my face with nostrils just a sniffing as I walk down those stairs of heaven with my coffee in the morning if it was me.

Regenerative at its easiest. Love it.

Thanks for the breakdown! 🤩 im going to try and work something like this into the next outdoor : ) think i could pull it off with my indoor set up? peat based and perlite. my signature “bro mix”. could i keep the cover wet enough without making a too wet an environment for the ganja?

That glass behind it with the screen door is my bedroom, I sleep with the door open most of the time so I get to smell that all night haha plus the 4 tents in my room 🤣

That’s the basic mix of my living soil, it’s areation/peat/compost plus your food (craft blend / kelp / azomite / fish bone meal / earthworm castings / gnarly barley / kashi blend / big 6 nutrients / there’s more I use when I make the soil but I’m having a brain fart 🤣just mix in the craft blend or top dress plus grab some clover cover crop seed mix on Amazon they sell 5lb bags that’ll last you quite awhile indoors or out

Was out at the project 4516 she’s lookin and smellin nice
