Well shit just got stinky. My grow supply sea of green apparently closed down in Tempe. Fuck. The had build a soil 3.0 for $30. I get on build a soil and it’s now $49 plus shipping ( used to be $35 there ).

Make your own soil and use the amendments that build a soil uses to amend it. I build a 3 equal parts peat/pumice or perlite/earth worm castings and amendments from build a soil, down to earth and Gaia green. I always start off by watering it with recharge to jump start the micro biology with help from the earth worm castings.
Even if you just cut out the weight of the peat moss, perlite and earthworm castings by buying locally, the remaining amendments will get you through multiple grows.

I’ve been paying attention to MikedIn and NateP, Thukuh is another living soil dude : ) im not banking on anything being forever in the nute game. It would behoove us to learn properly the amendments and what not. Careful there thought too! The place i would have got them from were catching heat for the feds or some shit. They made dude get rid of all his “bulk amendments” because he wasn’t certified or whatever. I would like to get to a living soil without any added nutrients besides what i can come up with here on my cozy little property!
I feel like I already have a decent grasp on it. But now implementing it is another thing!

....then get ready for flower and stretch.

Im only slightly familier with the cali blues. They veg insanely well! THEY LOVED BEING TOPPED! I’ve got mine topped and spreading in the garden for the outdoor, dude! Colas all over! Very very impressed with it! The plants I didn’t top and train as well are monsters comparatively. They naturally cola’d out on their own for sure. But nothing like if you top the shit out of it and bend it all over the place! Also i started mine in January? Maybe February? LOL either way they were pretty big to start in the garden along with the training and topping before hand.

Then just let it grow...but with winter at hand...its gonna be a inside winter plants. This is why I was wondering the veg/ flower cycle. Once I flip it....how long are we looking at for flower?

The first plant closets in that pic had the top break off when i was tossing the screen over everything like i said though. out of what i have in the backyard. the shit i topped and trained will yield twice as much if not more then the ones i didnt do that to.

It’s going to get huge on you! the flowering seemed really quick! if I remember correctly it started in early august. ill bet that shit rocket ships on you in indoor once its flipped! get ready for a ride!

Well waiting on one Blueberry, the other popped and got about half an inch then dropped. Seeds are getting irritating!
Another two in small cups of unamended soil with perlite. This time not just in pods of plain soil in the big pot. If those fail I'm hooking jumper cables to my taint.

I would guess 70+/- days. It's a hybrid very similar to my Blueberry Hashplant. And if you allow this strain to vegg for too long you get monsters I just took one down

Day 55 but she's getting eaten alive. That greenhouse is 8' tall. That branch on her looks to be 7-8' long.

That's a gallon jug. She's 4 weeks, 28 days since flip. Trim those girls and flip 'em quick or you'll run outta space. They can become beasts
They were both cuts, the only 2 that survived this past winter and became moms and allowed to vegg for far many months. I broke limbs off both moving them outside to flower
I really need to stop doing that and flip them sooner but in the winter it's harder to get cuts to root and grow so I don't dare flip before I've got a rooted cut or three

I got 3 fem seeds 3 years ago and have kept this girl going. The best Blueberry strain I've ever tasted. I do not wanna lose this girl. I crossed her last year with GDP and got a pheno similar

Very similar flowers with a hybrid leaf and flipped 13 days ago If it retains the flavor profile of the two, GDP's grape/berry and of course the Blueberry this could be a keeper. We'll see
