what the hell you rob the bass pro shop??
can you take a short video of the ghetto blaster?
I'll be glad to video the ghetto blaster tomorrow. No...I didn't rob bass pro. I've been a very avid angler since childhood, and took up fishing Ohio bass federation tournaments for quite a few years.

I came to making most of my own baits, and designed a few as well. Nothing that went to industry, but put a lot of checks in my pocket at the weigh- ins, and a wall full of plaques and trophies.

Held AOY ( ANGLER OF THE YEAR ) for 6 consecutive years, for region 3 of Ohio. The Ohio bass federation is divided up into 6 regions.

I literally started fishing in cloth diapers.....that's another story about me going missing from the yard. Grew up on a local lake, that's where I was found, standing out in the lake, on a stump, in my cloth diaper, catching bluegills with a stick n string, and a safety pin for a hook....no lie.!! That's the story Mom told me.

At least they didn't steal all your plants. That's what happened to me this week. Had two 6-foot plants very near harvest. Allowed a shady plumber onto the property - the only person in 10 months. He not only failed to clear a drain. Woke up the very next morning to find two empty pots. Called his plumbing company and they "investigated," but of course he denied everything.
That's the only real risk growing outdoors around here. Fucking thieving pirates.

Spent the day clearing out all my fishing stuff hanging from the rafters in my man cave, in preparation for drying.

Small fan in the corner next to the entrance, one in the back corner under the shelf, and a double fan at the upper loft, vent.

Doors closed, fans on, check circulation. Seems good.

Ventilation..... ✔️ 😉

White Buffalo scheduled to get the chop this coming weekend. Pistols all brown, trichomes all cloudy, no noticable bud growth the past week, but only a wee bit of amber, though. The forecast looks good for the week, so she gets one more.

The California Orange could use at least two more weeks, depending on the weather after the next week.

She's still swelling, with mostly cloudy trichomes, and few green pistols, yet. Sticky as hell, too.

Great looking plants 👍
I've got two going, one got bit of rot on top bud so I chopped the bud off and moved her inside, she's doing fine now .8ft of plant now fills are utility room 🤣 still got a F1 plant outside,I thought they was supposed to be a fast strain but nothing fast about this one as she's been going since 5 may .
Anyways you have some cracking plants

I’m so fucking pissed today. Checking for bud rot this am, plant by plant. Got to my last one, local seeds. I had one branch I bent a few weeks ago, had a droop and big knot on it. Today I can see where someone removed it. That really gets my wound up. I’m extremely wound up all the time, this is a tipping point.
Cheeky cunts

IF they can smell it ,it's going .
I did a grow along a railway track couple years ago and lost 8 plants ,they was miles from any road and grown in a large nettle patch but some cunt found them ,I believe it was rail track worker that stumbled across them .

It's the same here and calling these idiots pirates is being nice to them.

I had a young man around 20 that visited next door yesterday. He took a smoke break and was standing outside eying my 2 plants while smoking a joint. His black nail polish was well done and every conversation with him he had something just like that. Very agreeable. I let the youngest dog out often because she likes outside and every time I go out this guy is standing there having a smoke/ joint.

There are close to 40f nights or less now and rain is coming soon. One branch had mold last week.

Plants got chopped early and are locked in the garage. Trim jail yesterday, same today. But it was time.

Blueberry is coming along nicely. Not much longer on this lady.

Know the feeling. Neighbor behind me (older lady )is the only one that has direct sight of my plants, from her back porch. But every time her oldest grandson is over (20-30 yr. old). he does the same thing.

I've made sure to make direct eye contact with this kid, to let him know, I know his face, and I'll find him, should things come up missing.

My neighbor grows too, and his is visible to anyone driving down the street.! He's not been bothered, not even by the cops.

U can grow outside in Ohio, but it's supposed to be in a lockable greenhouse, or fenced in (caged) .

F that....that's not what we voted for. We didn't vote to be over regulated, so they can confiscate it or write tickets and citations to create more revenue for the state, and our local cops seem to agree. I see it growing everywhere, now.

Can sniff um out, this time of year, too.🤣

Here is my Garden from S Oregon for this year. The one under the Light is a Stroz ( Strawberry Cough x OZ Kush) , the other big blue pot is a 9LB Hammer. All others are my own X, Cheetah Preacher ( Cheetah Piss x Backseat Preacher ) , This is the first time I grow that X . Some off the Phenos are looking like high Yielder. Realy fat Main Colas. Not that great for Outdoors, but I'm sure they will be great Indoors. The dominant smell is the smell from the Cheetah Piss. If you ever had a Cheetah Piss, you know what I'm talking about. I got the Cheetah Piss Clone out of White City . Big Farm, Quality Stuff. ( I'm looking for People from Oregon to trade Beans with.)

Next door isn't an issue for me it's what is above. My next door is 1/4 mile away at the closest. But I have trespassers/poachers at the back of my property. And of course my aerial paranoia. We do sell eggs and rabbits so we do have people stop by from time to time. But as far as anyone seeing them it's difficult except from above. And it's no where near legal here. We tried with a constitution amendment to legalize in 22 and another to expand the medical amendment to allow growing but it got blocked by the hyper conservative right wing State Supreme Court, and I'm no liberal. We the people my ass!

You are going to be trimming 'til the cows come home'! They're lookin great. I'm so envious.
Thank you so very much Cpurola I’m hoping for a frost to slow down or kill the septoria like last year. Here’s a funny for you. Wife asked me if I’m having some kind of affair with you cuz I mention your skills frequently. As well as Gal grows now that’s tooo funny!!!

Luckily i have only 1 neighbor that can see my back yard and he is a veteran that uses weed to treat his ptsd. I keep him supplied with free weed and he helps keep an eye on my greenhouse. Between the 2 of us we have 3 security cameras and 5 dogs watching our backyards.

Both those ladies are awesome and full of useful info.

The plants could have used a few more weeks but it wasn't to be this year. They needed to start flowering earlier to get to full potential.

The roots on outdoor plants tend to be small compared to indoor in autopots or some of the hydros I've seen grown. The main stalks are impressive though.

The yard got cleaned up and the ropes, stakes, cages got put away for next year. Now all that's left is a little trimming :-).

2025 Grow mostly done
Well we finished up by 7 or 8 last night without any frantic moments in our weekend harvest & trim marathon. Still have 4 plants in the ground, three partially harvested & one just not ready at all🙄
The drying rack shuffle worked out just in time as last weeks were ready to be paper bagged for a day or two leaving space for fresh flowers.
There is a lot of green trim in the freezer for hash & this year I’ll use some dry flower for that as well, used to use dry & want to compare the results between the two.
And the 2 trash bins full of harvest debris are bound for the compost piles.
I’ve enjoyed this groups info sharing & humor this season, thanks for being here
