Help hermaphrodite late stage flowering

I found this today in one of my plants. From what I have research, it seems to be a hermaphrodite plant. The plant still has about 3-4 weeks of blooming. Should I cut it down now or should I move it to another room by itself and grow it for another 3-4 week? If I use the pollen from this plant on another, will the seeds be feminized?

Cut the bud that has the male flowers in it from the plant. Put it in a bag and trash it. Check your plant over carefully to see if you find anymore. If its a one off thing and you want to keep it, check it daily for more male flowers.
