So it’s time phor me to start a phall/winter grow. The garage is cool enough to support growing without AC. Tent is 6.5 ft. X 6.5x 7. I’ve got a 550 watt HLG and two Bestva 200watts. FFOF soil with 15% perlite. Two exhaust phans and and carbon philters, one intake phan. Just popped some photo seeds, Chemdog#1, Z skittles, sunset sherbert x2, blueberry headband, purple overload. I’ll have pics after I have some seedlings up.

What are you starting your seedlings in?

My guess would be right into phabric pots.

What are you starting your seedlings in?

They sit in a shotglass of water until I get tails, then into black plastic nursery cups, then after 4-5 sets of leaves into the phabric bags. I use 10 gallon or 7.5 gallon, and if I have extra plants they go into 5 gallon. Normally I grow 6-8 plants per cycle. Of course bag sizes are misleading, since they are in "trade gallons", which are about 75% oph stated size, So a 5 gallon bag is only about 4 real gallons. They each have a catch tray and then sit on 2x4's to keep them out oph the runoff water.

Still waiting on one seed to pop, strangely I found a plant growing in one of the cloth bags, I didn’t plant it, it must of been phrom last year when I had a rat in the hen house!

Been about a week since last post and the girls are vegging nicely. Most have been topped and lst will begin shortly.

Back phrom a phew days out of town. Things are going nicely except I discovered that at least two, and probably three of the plants are autos!!! Not sure how that happened, I haven’t grown autos

in a couple years, so unless I misread the seed package(s) or they were mislabeled. I’m at a loss. In any case I’ve got another 4-5 weeks in veg for the photos, and once phlip happens the autos can finish under 12/12.

So I did a little more lst, trying to keep the plants low and spread out, since I really only have about 42” of height to work with given the tent is 7 feet tall, the pots are a foot tall, and I need to keep the light 14 inches below the top of the tent (fire danger), and you have to account for 50-100% stretch.i went a bit too far one one plant, but it’ll be fine.
