Tried my hand at dry sifting with some diy screens, then cleaned it once with static. Very happy with the results!

I will for you! Im planning on cleaning it at least one more time, hoping its very dabbable.

Did a light first pass with 100g of flower, had about 15g before I cleaned it. Ended up with less than 3g of mostly heads. Probably a bit less after the second cleaning.

Sounds good! Static cleaning is a very important step as you well know! I have to wait until it is cold and dry before I have any luck with it! It’s fun to do some sifting! That’s where a lot of my stuff goes! The screens!😁🐒

Just looked it up and watched 15 minutes of a 30 minute video on static cleaning 😳 definitely not a adhd friendly process! LOL🤣 I thought with the screens I was just working different sized material down through the screens ( I guess one is doing that) but also with the static working along with that process that’s where the importance of the static! ✌️

I’m bound and determined to get this down though! : )

The screens only get it so clean! But if you are shooting for the higher quality, closer to full melt you have to clean it! But a good melt is hard to smoke without mixing it with something! Unless you have a Dabby rig! Like thukah!

It melts and gunks up anything with a screen! I think certain vapes can do it! I’ve only got a plenty and that has screens! But some vapes are made I think with ceramic bowls, and they would probably work good with it! That plenty was probably one of the dumber things I’ve ever spent money on! Lol! Talk about primitive!

Didnt get around to pressing it yet but def smoked it. 😂 think im going to try and clean it one more time, super melty but there is still a bit of contam. Finally pressed record on the 3rd try...

Theres a lot of videos on static cleaning starting about 11 years ago and the tech has gotten better as you will notice. The method that seemed most convient for me was using 2 screens, work screen w/ 110 mesh (150 micron) and the cleaning screen 200 mesh (74 micron). Then using a cooled gloved hand to rub around the screen and a fine haired brush to help collect the heads.

Ill see if I can find bubblemans yt vid from about 3 yrs ago.

I got 26 minutes into this video (loving it) and when they moved inside I realized I’ve seen this guy’s press videos!🤣 he makes really awesome stuff! i like what he has to say about pressing : )

MIne has a bowl(hole) and you can buy its like the same bowl with tiny holes its sold advertised for rosin.a lot harder to pull but a lot easier to clean
