A lot of folks use Mylar in their grow space. It'll help illuminate the sides better and give you more uniform light in the grow space but it's not going to give you more energy from your light any further down the plant. It drops off at distances and mirrors and mylar don't change that.

Mylar is the way to go, in my opinion.

Update time , well my tds pen was faulty I kept seeing all the new leafs were bright green bought a new one my soil ph is 3.4......... I've never seen anything live in soil that low it is deffnitly starting flower what would you boys do ?
