Yep. A few years ago I harvested in shorts, near Halloween, the next day, in my winter coat (like today, LOL)
Fall weather is changeable. 🙂
Past few years it's been terrible for farmers, I start some plants of early and give them a corner of my grow area before putting them out.

Ive been looking at heirloom landrace seeds to try next year, a nice big bushy Kush or Afghan Indicas, again il start them inside and work with the weather, a decent may will be good for established plants, then a late summer, that would be perfect next year 😁 Just nothing excessive

I'd recommend you look for a breeder who is local and has plants that are grown and survive in your climate. Or just grow Autos.

How many autos youve grown in extreme humidity an rain on 12 12 light cycle ??????

Maybe this will show you

Spent the day harvesting my last outdoor girl, Rosemary Alchemy from Trilogene. I figured she was a lost cause because she started flowering so late, but it worked for her, and my, favor. She avoided bud rot, had mild case of Septoria and the alternaria was trimmable. Just hope the trics were done enough, 'cause freezing weather is predicted.
Oh, and it's a CBD heavy variety. Only one that survived this year.
Hi
BTW, on paper 50 degrees doesn't sound too cold but when you're sitting, trimming and washing/rinsing bud, it's ccccoold! Probably could have cut a few more branches, but I filled 2 levels of the mesh net so I'm done!
Went inside to warm my toes and fingers and everything else! LOL

I think we've offically crossed over into 'hard freeze' weather. The leaves will be falling like rain today, as soon as the sun appears. Oh, and the flower bed will need alot of attention. 🫤

The UK is known for it's shit weather and wetness hence why we are so green, it used to be pretty consistent even having heat waves now, shit if the jet stream shifts up a little to the top of Scotland people would have their BBQs out, it seems to be coming in lower (always from the east) bringing the low pressure in. In 2018 it dropped to the Med and we had real artic weather.....for the first time in UK, well in my lifetime, it was around - 14⁰C lol and lasted until the middle of May

The papers came up with the name " Beast from the East" lmao

Wow, I remember the national news talking about the unusual weather you all were having. Sounds a little like ours in Michigan. But ours changes daily/hourly depending on the warm/cold fronts. We get warm fronts from the gulf coast in the south, and cold fronts from Canada, and when they meet, well, that's when it gets 'interesting'. LOL
