Well I did a little looking up on terpenes and I think I've identified heavy camphene as the source behind the strong fish oil smell coming off the Blackberry Kush.

This is worth noting... I have another plant starting up with the fish oil smell in cure and while they were from different seed packs of different strains. Common to both were that they grew purplish tops. The presence of excess anthocyanin supposedly has nothing to do with a camphene terp load, so I suspect there was a mixup of the seeds at the farm. I wound up with three fairly distinct weed profiles from three different bags of seeds, but the seeds as marked did not come out the same.

The good news is just as my nose was starting to detect, camphene mellows out and becomes piney.

I had a dirty dish rag once. Loved it True story. A Magnum auto that hermed and gave me 30 seeds. I grew them out 3 x's always planting 7 seeds and always only 3 seedlings, all female matured. None hermed and none had that dirty dish rag. I'm pretty sure all 3 grows were recorded on pages on here somewhere Weird, but the conditions can always play a role in a plants development and final condition. Growing outside, even in a greenhouse conditions are always a little different day to day, month to month and even year to year.

Yesterday's supercell. Got reamed by the throbbing rod of Zeus. Non stop lightning. About 70k homes without power. Luckily we on a hospital grid here so only took 2-3 hours to get power back. Good cause I had 4 plants releasing pong in me room.

Dont I know it, big difference between winter and summer buds and it's a larfier less smelly harvest when we get those 100 degree Santa Ana's blowing single digit humidity on the garden all through September. This has been a fkn great year for a run weather wise.

A pint of heavy whipping cream (+ another cup I had to throw in because it was looking bone dry)

What could possibly go wrong? I think those were my last words, or to similar effect.

I grow in coco, but love the concept of organic living soil, nature and nurture, so will make a mix and pop a single blueberry auto (my first auto) in soil and slide the pot amongst my four regulars, really looking forward to this, stay tuned, and ta.

Living soil is so much fun to grow in, growing companion plants, cover crop, worms making your castings and it throws down lol

Copious this morning… just HUGE leaves for a tiny plant lol, only 13” tall atm and her fans are 8” across lol

Lower pics are copious a from about a year ago and that was organic in a 1 gallon fabric pot

I have been looking g at cloning my blueberries as well I have riot rooter cubes imma try out I think

I have some potted blueberries and some in ground 2 different varieties so we’ll see!
