Can't tell, need closer shots with a loupe or digital scope🔬. Definitely getting close by the pistils 👊🧐

And the pictures should not be focused on a sugar leaf. Find a clump of caylxes with pistles retracted and focus on that area to check for color color changes. By weight sugars are the smallest percentage of trics. You want the majority weight in the internal construction of the flower to be viewed for harvest timing.

@PlumberSoCal2, Hey man, how far in were your coco re-circulation attempts before they went south on you? Also, what's the biggest plant you've grown in 1 gallon nursery pots? I'm already going through 6 gallons per day with just 7 plants and I'm wondering if I'm wasting my time🤷‍♂️
The coco recirculation lasted only a couple days, like 3 or 4. Tried it twice.

Freak Genetics gg4 cross, Gorilla something, can't remember.

One gallon fiber pots. Smoked that shit for months. I wish I'd of taken a few cuts.

“Hydro growing is a lot like cooking.” -F.M.-

When you first start out, you follow the recipe word for word — checking every measurement, logging every number, afraid that a small mistake might ruin the dish. For me, that recipe is a 17-gallon reservoir tuned to 1000–1200 ppm at a pH between 5.8 and 6.2. Each day, I top it back up, testing and tweaking until the readings are right where I want them. It’s careful, precise, and by the book.

But over time, the process changes. You begin to feel the mix instead of calculating it. You learn the weight of a teaspoon in your hand, how much each nutrient raises the ppm, how pH shifts with a few extra drops of acid. It stops being math and starts being muscle memory.

Eventually, you realize the system isn’t fragile — it’s alive and flexible. You can improvise, adjust on instinct, and still end up with a healthy, balanced brew. The reservoir becomes your kitchen, the plants your tasters, and the process your craft.

Hydroponic growing, like cooking, is about learning the flavor of balance — not chasing perfection on paper, but reading the recipe through experience. Once you’ve mastered that, the measuring spoons are optional. 👊✌️

Organic / living soil isint any different same principal, know what the plant needs and will need, pre plan when I feed now I’m just using solo cups and shit, you get a really good feel of what they want once you get a few rounds down usually, then after that it’s like muscle memory. It’ll fluctuate a bit with different strains but you figure it out quick

So I am reading a 40k book and I come across this little bit of conversation with a transhuman warrior speaking with a serf scribe who is basically a messenger boy.
" Pass word to the Masters of Irrigation that the soil in the Eastern Reaches is slightly acidic," said Quintas. " Their chemical additives are to strong. It will reduce the harvest."

So 38,000 years from now some nube will still be running nutes to high and messing up the grow.........

Edibles tip: If you whipped up a batch of sativa heavy and you were aiming for a few winks, just adjust your dose time about an hour earlier than you normally do. The same restful sleep awaits you, you're just going to have yourself a little party first. Obviously, your mileage may vary.

Ate myself a big bowl of ice cream last night. Was playing my guitar til 3am 🤤😵‍💫 🤣
