10 day old seedlings
Its day 10 and im so worried that im doing something wrong the grow lights are on 250w each and there is 2 lights in there
The temp and humidity seems ok
But something just seems so off i can feel im doing something wrong
Surely on day 10 they should have more leafs ?? Or be making some kind off growth

They are putting out roots and as soon as they feel comfortable, they'll start making leaves.
These are mine at 10 days.

Do not worry they are doing just what 👆👆she's saying. Hang in there and in about 5-6days from now you'll see them starting to take off faster. Take good care of them, don't over water nor feed to heavy.

Hey Newguy420,
You may want to think about lowering your lights about 3-4 inches closer to your ladies. See if that helps, I am not sure how close the lights are currently, but you may see better growth by doing this. Keep us updated.

I have them under 2 leds which are both on low at 250w
And ive got them 28inches above canopy

They are photoperiod
Kinda out of my wheelhouse. Im only confident speaking about autos. One thing Id suggest is some way to measure your light instead of guesstimating. Even an inaccurate app on your phone can give you a close enough reading to work with.

Hard to tell but that soil might be a little "tight". What are you using? One thing Im pretty sure on is that you can afford to let photos get a little drier than autos before watering. If youve been keeping them wet you might let them dry back a good bit before watering again.

Im using canna coco professional plus
But it does make me think wether im watering too much or something.
I have 2 humidifiers in there too
The temp and the humidity are perfect balance. Some of the seedlings look happy even tho they seem to be growing slow.
But then the smaller seedlings are very depressed and droopy

You have a nice setup so Im assuming you have a ph tester and keeping track of things? People will say its not important in soil but I look at it like it cant hurt and can only help.

This is just fine or you can lower the light around 24inch. Also, for more accurate you can try to measure using tools PPFD/PAR Meter or you can use your phone with Photone App or PPFD Meter, giving your front camera an 80 g/m2 (22 lb) paper will increase app reading according to their apps documentations. Seedling usually need no more than 250 PPFD (increase gradually if you see any deficiency causing by light). But, sometimes they grow a little bit fast especially after they're finishing anchoring their main root down. Since it photos, you control your time of growing them mate. 2+1 most important keys for seedling is, humidity, no need too much fert, and enough light. Good luck!
