This is the diifference between watering when the plant needs it and watering right before they need it.The way you think about going 8.6 fast has to be completely different from 9.5 fast. They are both fast as fuck!!!
Thanks for the tips. The sour has been getting 40 dli since day 2. I changed it to 3800 fc it varies a little due to the light pattern you talk about but still pretty even across the plant. The 3800 fc converts to roughly 750 ppfd x 18 hrs is a little over 48 dli. The newest pic from this morning those new leaves look a little stressed so I might have to lower it a touch. I'll be keeping a close eye on her.If you are really at 48 DLI at that size that is one tough plant.
I am at

I measure in lux but I am comfortable converting the readings.
I do have a tip for you for lighting.
As you can see my auto has a hight difference of about 7 inches from the top highest to the lowest bud. My numbers are 26k lux for the very tops and the side facing the middle of the tent is at 24.5 k lux.
That is because panel type lights have a center section that is very strong and tapered off as you go farther out.
I call this a virtual level canopy. It gives you the same results as a sweet level canopy using bar lights with a much more level light pattern. Just tran and place plants to take advantage of the reality of my light. If I trained my plants level the ones under higher light would be too high and the lowers would be too low.
