I've had to overcome a lot of obstacles, between massively over watering at the start. To nitrogen deficiency. And spider mites but still going 5 months in. My question is can anyone tell me if they are male or female ..... And how to know.

I would agree it does look like it is either herming or just simply a male. You can usually tell fairly easy between the two. And I see banana 🍌 all over that plant. I don't see any pistols. Males usually stretch a lot, and has usually 5 or less leafs being long and stretched apart. Also with all the stress you mentioned is the perfect way to herm a plant. When I need a male plant, I have a trick that works I would say 75% of the time. I take a clone from one of my girls that is flower for about 1-2 weeks after being switched to 12-12. Then take the clone and throw it back on a veg schedule to get it to go back to veg. And usually the stress between it trying to switch back to veg and it having no roots developed because it is a clipping still technically till it develops a root system. Make it go into survival mode, so it just switches up and becomes transgender or a full male. So yeah check for pistils, it should have some developed if it is a female at the size of plant it is.

Pretty sure I'm seeing pistils on at least two of those, maybe all three. They could be really thin pointy stipules, but I don't think so. I see no "nanners", they are found in the buds.

Lol I do genetic crossing. You may not see it but I definitely do. There can be pistils and nanners. They produce pollen once into flower. And become more visible. And a plant has the capability, of being hermed out since they carry xy/xx unless coming from a feminized seeding which leaves only female chromosomes for the plant. And even then a plant still can try to pollinate itself. Weed plants are always going to go for survival for the most par.

And I do see pistils in areas in those newer pictures.in the first one you can see some nanners next to some of the perennial leaves. I would still separate if you have any other plant by it. To keep from contaminating your others. Run it for 2-3 weeks in flower and it will show it's true nature.

I've gotten at least one seed from each of the female plants I've grown, so far.

Make sure you completely whipe and clean your whole setup after each harvest to minimize that from happening it could be from a previous plant. It really doesn't take much pollen to make seeds. I have a room for males, I use a q tip to cross with, and even then I will get seeds throughout a bud or two. I have to run those plants in a separate setup from my main flowering set ups. It all takes space, time and money. Ntm I don't grow for anyone but myself these days. I have a small group of people that I deal with in exchanging genetics and seeds. Our mission is to have our own strains not available to public, like back in the day when you would have to search for that special beautiful unicorn. We have been doing this for years, trying different variations of different crosses. Some of them we keep, but most are just stepping stones to get what we consider to be unique. Rn I have about four sets of seeds that I will continue to grow till I eventually r.i.p.

I don't feel like I got a good enough look at any of those nodes.

Another thing I found to help sex younger, the male leaves have a thicker main vein and a thicker stem per leaf. And usually they show balls fairly early, and usually have less leaves then a female. to me I can tell mine apart 90 percent of the time by the time they reach the third to fourth node. Are you going to grow the male out for pollen? If so what strain is it?

This thing was a little beast from the beginning, it nor his twin exhibited any normal male traits.

knot pic is a super crop on same plant. I'm going to stud him out and harvest a bunch of pollen

Strain is @Captspaulding Maui Gas Pedal. I still have clone backups as well under 24hr light and
starvation diet to keep them small until I decide what to do with them. They root very well - only
5 days in my 1st time use of a cloning bucket; hit 100% easily
