I didn't see you mention your temperatures?
Light is only part of the story you also need heat for efficient photosynthesis and transpiration, without transpiration there's less nutrients getting pulled in.

When lights on it's around 23-24°c and with lights off it's 18-19°c
And humidity varies from 50%-70%
It has confused me bcuz the other plants are growing nice now but that one looks malfunctioned lol

That's a difficult question to answer. A genetic anomaly is certainly possible. I tend to think high humidity or high pH can also be to blame. All three of them have some leaf curling, so a random phenotypical variation seems unlikely. Oh, yeah, also... Are they sitting on a cold floor or not getting adequate drainage? Such conditions can also cause problems.

A tent controller is the way to go. I use AC Infinity controllers but there are other good ones.

More plants will increase the humidity.

The only time all my plants had mutated like all yours are is when I used old seeds I didn’t store properly some grew out of it in a timely fashion others grew so slowly I pulled them

I’ve had the odd one mutate via genetics however not all ( all 3 have mutated in some form

Are you ph ing them if so what is it at

That aside is that coir or soil
I don’t see any perlite
I wouldn’t pot up just yet

Less is more man, you will end up cooking them. Until they pray before lights out dont touch the lights

I grow hydro ppm and ph are allways good temps are good but it still happens.

You produce same light with less watts but closer to the plants. Only reason to up the wattage is if your corners are not managing to get power.but you with tiny pots can allways make the plant closer

I can't say I get it often, but my recollection is they have always grown out of it.

I did some research about this during my last grow and couldn't find much about it related to cannabis, but I did find some information about it in other types of plants. Apparently, there are many possible causes that are mostly environmental. The actual curling -- mechanically speaking -- is attributed to the stomata closing so the plant can conserve water by reducing the leaf surface area.
