I bought the same one a couple years ago. I can't hold it still enough. I bought a couple telescopes this past summer and a tripod and they have phone holders that hook to the tripod and I'm going to give it a try using just my phone. I just bought a Samsung S22. The camera on it is amazing. Been wanting one since they came out. If I have some time today I'll try taking a few pics.

These are pics of the trichomes of my 2025 Solo Cup entry....GG#4 Auto....
they are screaming to harvest. I am going to have to decorate and take a pick before I harvest it.

Mostly jerky so far but fruit definitely. Plum wouldn't do well though. I might make dry spice from my ferment mash from Carly, that half gallon is fermented once and now running a pepper mash to get precise heat so another week. It'll be a pretty damn rare sauce lol.

My wife said the pears sucked too and I love pears. I love dried apricots and our tree, about 6-7 years old should produce a decent amount this coming year and looking forward to drying a bunch.

Odd how I can buy dried pineapple or pears and they're great but can't make them at home🤔

Get a bottle of Tito's they should have the christmas sweater on them soon, put that on her.

I dry my garlic....re constitute it once needed.

One thing I found is that making a fruit hot sauce is trickier, too much sugar is bad but like mostly carrot and some cherry is nice. I gotta do a chocolate soon.
